(NOAH) Junta Miyawaki prepares for his debut

This is a small two minute video clip where Junta Miyawaki shows us the preparations for his debut in the summer of 2017 (12th August at Yokohama Radiant Hall).
If you are going to be training as a wrestler, than I do recommend that you watch it as it will give you an idea of some of the exercises involved, and the conditions you will be training under.
Gold's Gym. This is not.

"Ichi...ni...san...shi" (Japanese for "one...two...three...four")
The video begins with Junta Miyawaki doing exercises , which include press-ups, neck work (I'm sorry, I don't know the technical term). He is asked a couple of questions about becoming a Noah wrestler, but sadly the audio is poor and he is somewhat drowned out by the trainers voice in the background, and hint of music playing. He also seems to have been through a recent battle with bruises and cuts to his face.

While the sound quality may be bad, the picture quality isn't, and we get a look at the Noah dojo. Noah left Differ Ariake a couple of years ago (round about 2016), and their offices relocated within Tokyo, while their dojo went to live in Saitama. All the equipment (including the treasured weights used by Misawa, Kobashi et al) went with them. The dojo itself is austere. This is no air conditioned gym, on hot days the doors and windows are opened and electric rotating fans are turned on which (as everybody knows) only serve to push hot air around the room. Shoes and sneakers are lined up against a wall on which crash mats, wood sticks and paneling is propped up against, bottles of water and other soft drinks are put on an iron semi crate like trolley which serves as a table. Bicycles can also be seen at one point. The aim of the dojo is not poverty, the aim is austerity, you are here to train*.
The ring itself is simple, the mat is green (it has no Noah logo), the turnbuckles are white, and the ropes are black. This is a training ring.

We then get a short clip of Junta Miyawaki announcing his debut. He bows deeply to the audience, and announces it uniform style.

The short video ends with him bouncing out of the dojo and saying he will see everyone there.

*Ironically Junta Miyawaki got into trouble once when Masa Kitamiya (one of the trainers) saw that he had posted a picture of some playing cards in the ring on his Twitter that he had bought to practice, and Miyawaki had to apologise.
