Go Shiozaki (36) succumbed to GHC Champion Takashi Sugiura (48), who succeeded in his fourth defense which took place on the 18th August at Culttz Kawasaki, Kawasaki.

It was indeed a total victory. The champion, who set the pace from the beginning (including the outright brawl), struck a heavy blow for the win. He did recieve counterattacks such as the machine gun chops, he endured and used a German Suplex to the corner which kept up the pace. At last he hit the jaw with a punch, and used the Olympic Qualifying Slam from the top rope and took the three counts.

Sugiura, whose strength was highlighted, said "I will stand in front of you, always here, whenever I have a belt!".
Then Masa Kitamiya appeared and said, "I have had a tag belt, but I will not keep spiraling down. This is a challenge. Fight me for the GHC!"
As he expressed his challenge, Sugiura said with a smile, "The old man is strong!".

Afterwards he addressed the audience and they cheered as he said "Although it is getting cooler, please enjoy what is left of summer!"
