Pro Wrestling Noah announced on May 22nd, that they will cancel their tournaments scheduled for May. The decision was made from the perspective of preventing the spread of Coronavirus and suppressing the increase in the number of infected people.

The cancelled dates are as follows;
May 2nd: Tokyo Ota Ward General Gymnasium
May 9th: Saitama Industrial Technology Centre SKIP City
May 17th: Korakuen Hall
May 21st: Yonago Convention Centre BIG SHIP
May 23rd: Osaka Edion Arena 2nd Stadium
May 30th: Act City Hamamatsu

Regarding the cancellations, Vice President Naomichi Marufuji commented on Twitter, "I am really looking sorry for those who were looking forward to it, and for those who were co-operating, I will do my best to do what I can do now."

ABEMA Fighting TIMES, which broadcasted a Noah event the other day, tweeted enthusiastically "Even though the box office was cancelled, we will continue to say that we will show Noah in May (and all the staff are ordering new protective clothing).

Noah held the official match of "Global Tag League 2020" in an empty arena match using the video on demand site of DDT, which is also also under the control of CyberAgent. Both groups have refrained from performing. The event on the 18th was broadcast on Fighting TV Samurai, with the event on the 19th being broadcast on ABEMA.

At the event on the 19th, development was seen which will connect to Noah's future matches in May. As Marufuji talks about holding an online signing as a fan service, there is a strong image of doing "what I can do now", even if he cannot compete and even if the event cannot be held, they will show new attempts to make full use of the internet environment.
