(NOAH) POST MATCH PROMOS: CLEANUP INTERNATIONAL presents "Shin Hito ~25th Anniversary of Naomichi Marufuji's debut~" (Korakuen Hall, Sunday, September 17th 2023)

ALEJANDRO
"Just like this in Nagoya, the two of us, Ninja Mack and Alejandro, will definitely win as the next tag team champions"

NINJA MACK
"Don't bet on Alejandro, don't bet on Ninja Mack. Make a bet on the next GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Champions".

DRAGON BANE
"Don't forget, Alejandro..."

SEIKI YOSHIOKA
"The match was lost, but my style is improving. I'll be the next GHC Junior Champion"

MOHAMMED YONE
"First of all, congratulations to Marufuji on his 25th anniversary. It's true, it's easy to say that this is the "25th anniversary", but I think it's been an incredibly long journey. As both a symbol of Noah, and a man who carries Noah on his shoulders, I hope continues to do so. Thank you for your support. The young people who participated today are all growing so much that it would be a shame to lump them together with young kids. I would like to see more breakthrough fights. I'll be waiting.

RYOHEI OIWA
"This is my first singles match since coming to Noah. Thank you very much, Junta Miyawaki. I will keep pushing forward with Kaito-san. Thank you very much."

MANABU SOYA
"Oh! My heart is pounding and my heartbeats are racing. Red Viper! Please drink one bottle a day and watch the dosage, because if you drink four bottles a day, this will happen. Red Viper is scary, man, it's scary. Also, don't forget this! It's a personal matter, but yesterday, "Soya Soya TV-kun" was introduced on YouTube. I'm going to do YouTube with my marriage announcement and the idea of doing it as a family, so please give it a high rating and subscribe to the channel. Hey, hey! I'll make a second one!"

REAL
(Timothy Thatcher, Hideki Suzuki & Saxon Huxley)

SUZUKI: It doesn't matter if we lose today, we'll defend next week, for sure, and if that's the case then it doesn't matter what the Good Looking Guys do. These guys are the ones to defend, just ask them.
THATCHER: Why? Fujita-san, why?
HUXLEY roars

KAITO KIYOMIYA
"Ok! One pattern, one pattern, I'll just say that in a nutshell, the match was won by the Shining Figure Four, so what do you think, Ogawa-san? In the third match, Ryohei won, and today I achieved results as well. We'll go as far as the two of us can go like this."

EITA
(HAYATA's contribution is to walk fast past him and off screen)
"There's nothing. It's my triumphant return to my hometown on November 18th. You know that, right?"

YOSHINARI OGAWA

Q: Confronting Kiyomiya....?
OGAWA: You know, Kiyomiya's matches are boring, aren't they? When he wins his matches just follow a pattern always, and are not interesting at all.

EL HIJO DEL DR WAGNER JNR
"The only way to destroy Psycho Clown is to take off his mask, and the only way to end this battle is to destroy him. I will show him who the Aztec Warrior is. Who is true champion and the true warrior? I will definitely show him that"

PSYCHO CLOWN
"Wagner, you just got lucky today, that's all. The worst has already happened for the Wagner family, but I'll make it even worse in the next championship match".

JAKE LEE
"Go Shiozaki, I'm putting you on notice. Consider yourself warned. Next, your arm will hurt on either the left or the right side, but it won't just hurt, and I'll leave that to your imagination. I've tried many different submission techniques, but I thought this technique would be the one that would suit you best, so today I dared to try it in front of you. No matter when your lariat comes, from my perspective, it's easy prey. So, I would like to say it again; Go Shiozaki, your arm is going to be very, very painful."

GO SHIOZAKI
"That was a good kick, and for a moment I couldn't see what was in front of me. A good kick. Last time I won, although it wasn't directly over him. I wanted to take him down since I didn't pin him, but I still haven't had the pleasure of taking the three count over Jake, the GHC Heavyweight Champion. Today, he used some kind of choke technique and attacked in a different way, and I think he's thinking in his own way, and the champion is thinking in the champion's way. I felt that. The battle between the GHC heavyweight champion and the "N-1 VICTORY 2023" champion will continue. Look forward to it. I'm going to rise even higher than this. Well, please watch 'till the end. I AM NOAH."

WILL OSPREAY
(In Japanese)"I am Will Ospreay from New Japan Pro Wrestling, the IWGP UK Heavyweight Champion. Did you have fun? (English) It was truly a dream come true, I was able to compete against Marufuji, who has been my hero since I was 16 years old. I really, really love Japanese professional wrestling, and I am very grateful to the people at the Noah office who made this opportunity possible, as well as to all the Noah fans who welcomed me. I've had a very busy schedule after competing in the G1, and I'm exhausted, I went to America, England, America again, went back to England, and then finally to make my dream come true, returned to Japan to have this important match. Today the match happened, and my dream came true. I honestly feel that I have no choice but to thank everyone. Me and Eddie Kingston have somewhat similar histories, but it might be interesting for Akiyama and Eddie Kingston and myself and Marufuji to team up and have a match. That's how much Eddie Kingston and I love Japanese professional wrestling, and we think that Japanese professional wrestling is the best. Now, the next step is to defend this belt against Tsuji*, I will do my best.

*Yota Tsuji. Kaito Kiyomiya's G1 nemesis.

NAOMICHI MARUFUJI

MARUFUJI: Thank you.
Q: How did you feel about fighting Ospreay?
MARUFUJI: He's truly a genius. Wrestlers like that are called geniuses, right? People say that about me, but I'm not like that at all. And, isn't this the perfect version of modern professional wrestling? It's scary because he doesn't think he's perfected it. Well, it was wonderful, frustrating, but wonderful, and it felt good.
Q: What was it like to see the reaction of the overpacked crowd?
MARUFUJI: Over the years, I have realized the importance of each and every ticket, and the fact that the fans showed their support in the form of a sold out event showed that there is potential in professional wrestling, and the question is how well can we convey that potential to the world? We have a lot of good wrestlers, and we have a lot of good matches, but we just don't get that across. I just happened to be able to convey the message a little better than them, which is how things turned out today, but if each of us could do this, the venues would always be overcrowded, and even the Budokan or the Dome would not be a dream. I'm not saying this to be cool, but I think that by doing so, and each one of us being aware of this, will lead to the development of Noah. So I'll work hard from now on and since I lost today, I'll work hard and make everything perfect. If that were true then I would have beaten Jake Lee, won the belt, enter the N-1 and won it, and gotten to this day, beaten him, and then there would have been nothing more to say about my pro wrestling career as it would be over. But then I might have retired, so in the end it was a good thing. I'm glad I came back alive, because there are so many incredible techniques.
Q: It's been 25 years, but do you still have the desire to be a wrestler?
MARUFUJI: What did you think of what you saw today? Marufuji: If you think you can do a little more, I'd like you to do a little more. Even though I've been living on the very edge, but living on the edge is fun. If you do what you can at the last minute, the audience will be happy to see it. There are people in the media who have known me for 25 years, and I want to continue doing my best with Noah.
