(ALL JAPAN) Baba's "Wild Horse" is placed on a golden pedestal.
(December 1972)
Note: Title does not translate well, but it basically refers to a Japanese proverb that "a wild horse faces a problem head on".
The second All Japan Pro Wrestling match for the Golden World Heavyweight Belt, associated with the late Rikidozan, took place on October 30th at the Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium, between Baba and Terry Funk. Baba was behind due to the rolling cradle, but he fought back and won the second and third points in a row to come back and win, taking a step closer to winning the belt.
Notes
~ A cobra twist was used to get the second win
~ Terry went to do a brainbuster, but was unable to support Baba's weight. Baba got the final pinfall.
~ Terry Funk revealed his secret technique, the rolling cradle.
