(ALL JAPAN) Dressing Room

27th November 1984 (Issue No.69)

"He'll definitely come today!" or "No, he'll surely come next time..." The media waited for Riki Choshu with the same kind of anticipation and preparations as for a slow-moving typhoon or natural disaster. Finally, he arrived—on November 1st, for the final match of the Giant Series at Korakuen Hall.
When Choshu arrived, Tiger Mask was in the ring, having a match as part of his promotional tour. For a brief moment, the attention of the audience shifted from Tiger Mask to Choshu. Now, the question is: when will Choshu finally make his debut in the All Japan Pro Wrestling ring? This topic is sure to generate a lot of discussion and speculation for some time to come.

Edith Hanson is a huge All Japan Pro Wrestling fan, and she finally made her appearance at Ryogoku Sumo Hall on January 1st! All Japan Pro Wrestling president Jumbo Tsuruta donated the entire proceeds from the sale of autographed posters to Amnesty International Japan (an international human rights organization), of which Hanson is the deputy branch manager. Hanson, who stepped into the ring for the first time, said with a happy expression, "I thought I would be okay, but I was still nervous. I am so grateful to Mr. Tsuruta and all the fans for their support..."
