Noah(NOAH) A 24 year-old's decision - Yu Owada makes a surprise move to TEAM2000X

A major incident occurred the day after the January 1st event at the Nippon Budokan: 24-year-old Yu Owada joined TEAM2000X. The signs had been there during the tag team rumble match, where he betrayed his partner, Naomichi Marufuji, eliminating him, before walking out on his own.

A few minutes later, Owada appeared as the "X" of TEAM2000X. Gone was the fresh, spirited demeanor he had displayed just the day before; he had transformed into an abrasive young man with a menacing look on his face.

Owada, alongside Jack Morris and Omos, unleashed the kind of rough, brawling style characteristic of TEAM2000X. Even when booed by the audience, he remained unfazed. 

After easily defeating the foreign trio, he explained the reasons for his rebellion in his own words backstage.

"I’ve always hated Kiyomiya. Everything OZAWA has exposed is the absolute truth. That’s why I’ve supported him. From today on, I’m part of TEAM 2000X, too. And one more thing—to hell with the Noah dojo!"

It seems Owada, like OZAWA, chose to join TEAM 2000X out of hostility toward Kiyomiya.

It is a fact that he has also begun to assert himself.

Owada also appeared as a second for the main event; during the match, he stomped on Kenoh after the latter had fallen out of the ring.

OZAWA expressed his high hopes, stating, "Owada-san is the new member of TEAM2000X. It’s incredibly reassuring and makes me happy. We’re going to tear things up as TEAM2000X from here on out, so everyone keep your eyes on us."

There is no stopping the rapid rise of the Ark's villainous faction, which has successfully expanded its ranks.
