(NOAH) Pro Wrestling Noah's Katsuhiko Nakajima, exercises for children and parents (2nd February 2020)

Pro Wrestling Noah have had a long history of social outreach programs - Hajime Ohara's work in Kawasaki aside (he works with dementia patients, on health care boards, promotes nutrition and healthy eating), they visit Kindergartens and nursing homes, and do other work involving fundraising, alongside patronising charities such as The Japan Transplant Association, and a company called Nippon Food Aid, which encourages people to shop locally and support local produce (the Noah dojo itself grows its own vegetables, thanks to HAYATA, and relies on local produce to feed its roster).

In 2019, Katsuhiko Nakajima did an exercise class for children and parents, nothing too extreme, but showing them the basics of exercises and how they could both exercise together. The second of these events took place today in Nagaoka. Nakajima made the exercises fun and memorable for the children (and these are definitely something they are going to do in the playground), such as running on all fours, which he said was like a dog, jumping exercises were a frog, and stretches were a spider. After the exercises, he also gave a short presentation on Noah's upcoming shows.
