Noah's young warrior, Kaito Kiyomiya (21) has pledged the GHC Heavyweight championship to Mitsuharu Misawa (46).
In Korakuen Hall, Tokyo on June 10th, he will have a "number one contendors match" with Kenoh (33). If he defeats the former champion, who lost the GHC (Korakuen) on January 6th, it will be an important journey towards challenging the current GHC champion, Takashi Sugiura (48) at Korakuen Hall on the 26th. "I want to build my era. I want to prove my strength by defeating what everyone admits is a strong champion".
Regarding Misawa's memorial tournament (he died on June 13th 2009), he explains "This is my unrequited love, and it feels special when I think that Misawa is watching".

Kaito Kiyomiya debuted in December 2015, and never had any contact with him. However, after watching the first "GHC Tournament Final" with Yoshihiro Takayama (51) which was held at Differ Ariake on April 15th 2001, he has been an inspiration for Kiyomiya on joining Noah, "that's why I chose Misawa's emerald green color for my costume. I want to cherish the things that I have cultivated since I was a trainee, I want you to see new things. Misawa gives me reassurance".

At the Kawagoe, Saitama event today he clashed violently with the champion, Sugiura. Next time on the Ark's mat, he is prepared to take the leading role.
