Toshiaki Kawada addressed the crowd, he said the concept of "Holy War" was to present the younger generation vs the older generation.
"The Leave" (long time Noah sponsors) sponsored the event today, and the old adverts were shown on the monitor prior to the event starting, including the famous one of Mitsuharu Misawa rapping.

The Noah trainees were at the event today to act as seconds
Minoru Tanaka was said to have had an amazing match today
Aside from the presence of KAZMA SAKAMOTO, Kaito Kiyomiya found himself in a match full of seniors (he was said to have "endured" and fought back). The match had ShinKiba "boiling". He got the pin on KAZMA SAKAMOTO with The Tiger Suplex.

Toshiaki Kawada vs Katsuhiko Nakajima

Kawada did the usual stretching before the match

Kawada says he hopes that Nakajima would do this "Talk Battle" with him 

Katsuhiko's first words were "Long time no see" 

They talked about the All Japan match. Kensuke Sasaki took Kawada aside and asked him not to attack Nakajima's upper body as "he is still a child", so Kawada attacked the left leg instead. During the match, Nakajima kicked Kawada in the face which caused severe problems with his eyesight afterwards due to a cataract forming.

Photo was shown of the first time Nakajima and Kawada met in the ring, Nakajima giggled at it (it was in 2005, Nakajima was only seventeen)

Kawada praised Nakajima by telling him that he has the most beautiful kick out of any wrestler today

At the end, Nakajima was diplomatic by saying that Kawada hadn't retired yet, and he hoped for another match, but in a different way.

At the end of the event the usual commemorative picture with all the competitors was taken, Kawada thanked everyone for coming and said that next time he wanted to show everyone an enhanced event.
