Kaito Kiyomiya (22), who became the youngest GHC Heavyweight Champion in December last year, defeated the challenger, Kenoh (34), for his first defense.
Intense battles were fought such as aerial attacks outside the ring, and in the end, with the influence of Mitsuharu Misawa, the Tiger Suplex decided the match.
"I have no memory of the match", he said in a trance after defending the belt in a fight to the death.

Just a year ago in January 2018, he challenged Kenoh, who was then the champion, and was defeated. The position has now been reversed and he has fulfilled his revenge, he acknowledges that it is "thanks to Kenoh, I have come this far". Although the young ace only debuted three years ago, he told the audience "I may be deplorable, but as champion, there is still more to come."
Even so, when challenged by Atsushi Kotoge and Masa Kitamiya he stated, "Whatever should come, I don't feel like losing, because I am the face of Noah in 2019! Lets run at this together!"
