(NOAH) Event recap ~ Toyonaka City Rose Cultural Hall (20th March, "Spring Navigation 2019" ~ Night Four)

Kaito Kiyomiya today at the venue posing with "Puroresu Weekly". He is 22, and he already has been on the cover of "Puroresu Weekly" about four times

Noah held their second to last date of "Spring Navigation 2019" in a city in Osaka, outside of the main metropolis. This is a short tour, and is really a filler to generate hear between teams for Global Tag League and to fill up the dates before it starts on April 6th.

Local nut Atsushi Kotoge was not at the venue today, but he was looking at the beautiful cherry blossom (Sakura) that are blooming over springtime Japan.

HAYATA was on autograph duty today.

MATCH ONE 
Masa Kitamiya & Yoshiki Inamura vs Junta Miyawaki & Kinya Okada

Yoshiki Inamura won his second match today and second victory over Kinya Okada. Its kind of hard not to feel a bit sorry for Junta Miyawaki, but after all Inamura pinned Okada, a fellow rookie, and not Masa Kitamiya, a seasoned veteran. Miyawaki will get his big win eventually.
Kitamiya was very happy with his trainees today, and celebrated with a big smile for Yoshiki Inamura.

WINNER: Kinya Okada with the Boston Crab on Kinya Okada (11 minutes and 4 seconds)

MATCH TWO
Quiet Storm vs Hi69

This is their first singles match ever in the four years since Hi69 joined Noah, naturally their paths do not cross much in singles matches with Hi69 being a junior and Quiet Storm a heavyweight, even though Noah do like to mix these up (something which we have to give the credit to KENTA and Marufuji for back in their own junior days).

After the match, the ring was stormed by Yoshinari Ogawa and Kotaro Suzuki, who beat up on Hi69.
This is unusual Noah booking; it has happened in the past naturally (and Kotaro Suzuki is the most guilty of it), but it is very rare. Even rarer is Yoshinari Ogawa joining in, at one point they even held him up for Quiet Storm to attack (he didn't I don't think), and Hi69 was fortunately saved by Minoru Tanaka.

WINNER: Quiet Storm with the 50 cm lariat (8 minutes and 9 seconds)

MATCH THREE
Takashi Sugiura & KAZMA SAKAMOTO vs Maybach Taniguchi & Hitoshi Kumano

Takashi Sugiura and KAZMA Sakamoto had their first outing as a tag team today, at the end of it KAZMA paid tribute to Sugiura as a "symbol of Noah's strength". Sugiura paid his own tribute by imitating KAZMA'S scream.

No weapons in this match from Taniguchi, who appears to have behaved himself pretty much (although he did threaten one of the refs with it, and attacked his opponents before the bell rang).

WINNER: Takashi Sugiura with the Olympic Slam on Hitoshi Kumano (9 minutes and 49 seconds)

MATCH FOUR
Naomichi Marufuji & Mohammed Yone vs Akitoshi Saito & Masao Inoue

Comic match, in which Naomichi Marufuji hit Akitoshi Saito with a rolled up poster he pinched from a fan, Masao Inoue bumbled around and tired himself running the ropes (and he got kicked in face by Marufuji at one point for messing around), and Akitoshi Saito pulled the disco pose at both Yone and Inoue.

WINNER: Mohammed Yone with the Kinniku Buster on Masao Inoue (12 minutes and 57 seconds)

MATCH FIVE
Stinger (Yoshinari Ogawa, Kotaro Suzuki & YO-HEY) vs Daisuke Harada, Tadasuke & HAYATA

Despite the "bullying" of HAYATA in the match by Yoshinari Ogawa and Kotaro Suzuki, RATELS were victorious, and put on a united front at the end with their victory over Stinger, Harada later wrote that the six of them were going to do this again and again.
YO-HEY, however, endured his own "bullying" at the hands of his former friends, when Tadasuke held him down on the apron and Harada and HAYATA kicked him in the head. Ogawa also got their tandem kick.

During the match a little boy had been cheering for "Uncle".
"Uncle" was Daisuke Harada, who gave his RATELS wristband to him afterwards.

WINNER: Uncle Daisuke with the fall technique on Yoshinari Ogawa (21 minutes)

MATCH SIX
Kaito Kiyomiya, Kenoh & Minoru Tanaka vs AXIZ (Katsuhiko Nakajima & Go Shiozaki) & Hajime Ohara

Kenoh and Nakajima had a vicious kick battle, and the rivalry between both teams, was increased for Global Tag League. 

In the junior division, Minoru Tanaka decided he was going to imitate Go Shiozaki's chops, and did a teasing one on him.
Shiozaki then tagged in Hajime Ohara (who really got it in this match).

Minoru Tanaka was photographed peeping out from behind Kaito Kiyomiya when he and Kenoh did their pose in the ring, and at the end when Minoru Tanaka (the GHC Junior Heavyweight champion) and Kiyomiya stood with their arms raised, Kenoh stood to the side slightly dejected (and with the usual scowl on his face, although it has been noticed he is smiling a whole lot more at the end of matches when talking to Kiyomiya).

At the end of the match, the two Global Tag League teams turned to face each other, Kenoh as ever probably swearing at Nakajima (who had a huge grin on his face), while Shiozaki looked at his former protegee and tag team partner, Kiyomiya.

WINNER: Kaito Kiyomiya with the Tiger Suplex on Hajime Ohara (18 minutes)
