(NOAH) Event recap ~ Global Tag League Night Seven (Saturday, April 27th 2019, Sendai PIT, Sendai, Tohoku)

"Sendai today was fun. I don't come every time, but among the fans, the fun and excitement is the best!"

Noah held the first of the four nights in a row leading up to the final night of Global Tag League at Korakuen Hall in Sendai PIT, Sendai today.

The trophies as usual were placed in the lobby with the scoreboard between them ("The Sugiura Army" are in the lead at 8 points currently)

There was the green light on ring before the show to honor Misawa.

Akitoshi Saito was on autograph duty today.

MATCH ONE
HAYATA vs Hi69

WINNER: HAYATA (9 minutes and 36 seconds)

MATCH TWO
The Sugiura Army (Takashi Sugiura & NOSAWA Rongai) vs The Backbreakers (Hitoshi Kumano & Hajime Ohara)

WINNER: Takashi Sugiura with the Olympic Slam on Hajime Ohara (10 minutes and 9 seconds)

MATCH THREE
GLOBAL TAG LEAGUE
50 Funky Powers (Mohammed Yone & Quiet Storm) vs The Revolutionary Cloak Heroes (Atsushi Kotoge & Mitsuya Nagai)

People where excited to see Quiet Storm return to action after suffering a concussion following a kick to the back of the head by Kenoh (Yone himself looked delighted)

Between Mohammed Yone and Atsushi Kotoge there was the usual Disco Fever vs Revolutionary Fist pose stand off (and at one point, Kotoge tried to get Yone to do the fist pose).

Mitsuya Nagai, when tagged in, said "Okay, Hero" to Kotoge.

WINNER: Mohammed Yone with the Funkybuster Bomb on Atsushi Kotoge (14 minutes and 16 seconds)

MATCH FOUR
AXIZ (Katsuhiko Nakajima & Go Shiozaki) & Junta Miyawaki vs The Return of The Dark Agents (Akitoshi Saito & Masao Inoue) and Kikuchi Tsuyochi.

Tsuyochi turned up at the arena wearing a giant pink afro wig, fortunately he did not wear it to the match (although he may wear it when leaving the venue).
Katsuhiko Nakajima got his revenge against Masao Inoue for sneak pinning him at Korakuen Hall...

WINNER: Katsuhiko Nakajima with the Vertical Spike on Masao Inoue (18 minutes and 33 seconds)

MATCH FIVE
GLOBAL TAG LEAGUE
The Inferno (Maybach Taniguchi & Yuji Hino) vs THE TOUGH (Masa Kitamiya & Yoshiki Inamura)

Yuji Hino looked sarcastic when Yoshiki Inamura tried to attack him, but this match (which went on a lot longer than expected) was only ever going to end one way...

WINNER: Yuji Hino with The Fucking Bomb on Yoshiki Inamura (16 minutes and 57 seconds)

MATCH SIX
KAIOH (Kaito Kiyomiya & Kenoh) & RATELS (Daisuke Harada & Tadasuke) vs Naomichi Marufuji & Stinger (Yoshinari Ogawa, Kotaro Suzuki & YO-HEY).

Kenoh, seeing that his obsession "Marufuji-Kun" was one of his opponents today, said that despite Marufuji's "various themes", which he believes is due to his regret in not being in the league, he is going to annihilate him.
Marufuji said yes, that's right, he does regret not entering the league, after all, he thought that Kenoh was far more exciting...

So when they were both finally in the ring, Kenoh stood scowling at Marufuji, Marufuji (knowing the best way to wind him up), acted not interested, and so Kenoh went up to him and stuck his fist in his face when his name was called.
However, Kenoh got his wish, and they started the match off, later they got into a chop\kick battle. Later, Kenoh put Marufuji in a heel submission hold, which Marufuji said there would be payback for due to his past issues with his knees and (most recently) his legs.

WINNER: Kaito Kiyomiya with the Tiger Suplex on YO-HEY (23 minutes and 5 seconds)

After the match, Ogawa once again extended his hand to Harada, and Harada took it, smiled, Ogawa seemed overjoyed at what he perceived as killing the body of RATELS by cutting of the head ...then all three of RATELS attacked Stinger and threw them outside of the ring.

Tadasuke said that his mind was at rest now about what was going on, and he could look forward to Korakuen Hall without any worries.
I have a feeling that Tadasuke might be taking a deep sigh of relief a little too soon.

KAIOH addressed the crowd with Kiyomiya thanking everyone for coming today, and remarking there were more people than last time, and that they would win Global Tag League.
