(NOAH) Katsuhiko Nakajima gives a lecture in childcare in Kashiwa, Chiba

Katsuhiko Nakajima served as a lecturer for the "Nursery School Childcare Course" in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture.
This parenting course aims to refresh the mind and body through play between the parents and child. The lecture was held under the title, "Parents and children, lets play together with professional wrestler Katsuhiko Nakajima."
On the day parents and children worked together on exercises based on squats and abs exercises performed by pro-wrestlers, that can be done by the general public. As well as eliminating stress, this aims to attempt communication between parents and child.
Additionally, there were also mat kicks that is not experienced much, and through this parents and children learned the fun of physical exercise.
At the end of the course, Nakajima handed an award certificate to each participant, delighting the children.
After finishing the lecture Nakajima said, "I think it is important to not only to create a strong body, but also to deepen parent-child communication by exercising together. If there is another opportunity, I would like to do this again".
