The first single match between "The Mat's most stubborn man", Hideki Suzuki (37) and Go Shiozaki (37), ended in a draw after half an hour.
Shiozaki, just returned from left shoulder injury, was overwhelmed from the start by Suzuki's varied groundwork. Suzuki continued attacking the left shoulder, and it was only after ten minutes that Shiozaki was able to hit a decisive strike across the chest, but it was not a game changer. In opposition to this, Suzuki attacked at a slow and skillful pace against Shiozaki. His attack could not be defeated, such as his focusing on the left shoulder. However, when he went for the deadly double arm suplex, Shiozaki put all his soul into returning it with an elbow.
After that, even when Shiozaki decided to use the powerful lariat, he could not take the three counts. Suzuki made a reverse cross from an armbar, and when he went for the double arm suplex, the bell sounded that time was up.

With an expression of regret, Go Shiozaki said, "I'm sorry. Although this was a match to decide the outcome in one go, this (injury) is not the reason. I regret that it ended like this."
Suzuki, on the other hand, was characteristically calm. "I won. In this situation, I won" he said proudly. He continued to spit a harsh word towards him by saying, "Marufuji and Sugiura know the ocean, but Go Shiozaki has only traveled on a small sea". He mentioned the names of those he had fought so far, Funaki Masakatsu, Daisuke Sekimoto and Masato Tanaka and said, "You are the fourth person to have experienced this so far" (rough).

In Noah's Global Junior League championship match, the B-Block representative HAYATA (31) defeated the A-Block representative Tadasuke (33), at the end of a hard fight, and won his first victory. After the match the GHC Junior Champion, Minoru Tanaka (46) came into the ring. HAYATA, who responded to the championship match, said "next the belt". The match has been set for Noah's commemorative event (Korakuen Hall, August 4th).
