Kaito Kiyomiya is grappling with the kids!?
The "Junior Press Class", sponsored by Nikkan Sports, was held at Korakuen Hall on August 4th. Following his match, how did the GHC Heavyweight Champion Kaito Kiyomiya (23), answer the questions of eleven junior reporters from the 1st grade to the 6th grade?

Despite the fact that Kiyomiya was choked out by Takashi Sugiura in the tag battle that day, and had lost, he appeared in front of the children, belt in hand, smiled and said, "Please go ahead".

Q: How do you practice to become stronger?
KIYOMIYA: I practice for more than six hours every day. I do push-ups and abdominal muscles, I do it ten times the usual, so I do it thousands of times.

Q: Why did you name your move, "Tiger Suplex Hold"
KIYOMIYA: That is the move that my favorite wrestler (Mitsuharu Misawa) used. I used it because I've been seeing since I was little, and it is cool.

Q: Why did you want to become a professional wrestler?
KIYOMIYA: It's cool to be able to stand up and do it. I wanted to be a hero too.

Q: How strong was your opponent (Sugiura?)
KIYOMIYA: Very strong. I don't want to fight him unless I have to. It's kind of like eating food that you don't like, you have to eat it now and again.

Q: What is Noah?
KIYOMIYA: It's a place full of dreams.

Q: How much rice do you eat?
KIYOMIYA: 4 - 5 bowls of chankonabe filled with lots of meat and vegetables, and about two bowls of rice. I eat it every day.

Q: How do you learn technique?
KIYOMIYA: I will try a technique out in the dojo that I have in my head, and then use it in the ring during a match.

Q: What do you feel is rewarding?
KIYOMIYA: To stand out and be cheered in the ring as the central person.

Q: Do techniques hurt?
KIYOMIYA: It hurts a lot, but as I repeat it, I get used to it little by little

Q: Is there a wrestler you hate?
KIYOMIYA: A blonde like me, called Kenoh. This person tells me that I will lose, and when I do, I am weak.

Q: What is your favorite color?
KIYOMIYA: Green. My favorite wrestler wore it.

Q: Why did you become blonde?
KIYOMIYA: I thought it would make me stand out from among many people as no one else had this color.

Q: Were you a strong wrestler from the beginning?
KIYOMIYA: No, not strong from the beginning. I had more than 100 consecutive losses.

Kiyomiya, who brilliantly answered the children's questions, "simple questions without a twist", seemed to imply criticism of pro wrestling reporters? As the children left he said he would be happy to see more like that.
