(NOAH) The Dark Agents, led by Saito, forms the "Alliance of Anti-Wrestlers"

There is a big revolution.
At Noah's 16th November Korakuen Hall event in Tokyo, the Dark King, Akitoshi Saito (age undisclosed due to the underground society), led dark agent (only Masao Inoue), in declaring a formation of an "Anti-Wrestler Alliance".

Saito, who beat Mohammed Yone and Quiet Storm in the second match, sounded the alarm and alerted the press.
"I have something to tell you today. At present, the only units standing in Noah are the Sugiura Army and Kongoh, however, the current situation has not organized any formation. What Noah needs now the most is a hot stimulus!".
The agitation speech such as the “Declaration of the World Revolution War” (1972), which marked the beginning of Zunou Keisatsu's legendary 1st album, continued endlessly.

Furthermore, reconfirming the fact that Masao Inoue had won the 2nd Destroyer Cup Battle Royale at the Destroyer Memorial Tour on the 15th November, Saito says "Masao's achievement is our starting gun. It is impossible to hold us down any longer." He encouraged his partner by telling him to wear the mask of the Destroyer, which was yesterdays prize.
