It has been announced on the 27th November that at Pro Wrestling's first card at Korakuen Hall Day 1 of "New Sunrise" (January 4th 2020, Tokyo), will feature a title match between GHC National Champion Takashi Sugiura & challenger, Masa Kitamiya.

On the 26th November after the match, Sugiura who had succeeded in his first defense after defeating Shuhei Taniguchi in a fierce battle of 23 minutes and 59 seconds at the Niigata City Gymnasium, was attacked by Kitamiya with the Saito Suplex.
While the stadium was filled with boos, Sugiura spoke on the mic to Kitamiya who had expressed his challenge saying, "I will never give this belt to you."
The momentum of the title match increased.

Sugiura won the first round of the official opening match of the N-1 this year, and Kitamiya wants to avoid consecutive losses.
Sugiura declared punishment saying "Interfering in the title match? Fucking brat. What you did, its just not done." When the card was decided he posted angrily, "Kitamiya-kun, I will give you an elbow for New Year".
This will be a great match to start the year.

Since this event will overlap with New Japan Pro Wrestling, who will hold their event at the Tokyo Dome next door, Noah have raised their ticket prices from the usual Korakuen and are ready to announce big match cards in the future.
The next day, January 5th, Noah's will hold "Day 2 REBOOT" at Korakuen Hall, but as this show will be held in the afternoon, you can go to the New Japan show afterwards. Noah is enthusiastic about starting their 20th anniversary year enthusiastically.

Sugiura, who won the first GHC National championship at Tokyo's Sumo Hall on the 2nd November, won the best bout against former New Japan wrestler Michael Elgin. In the defense match he said, "With this belt, I want to put pressure on the GHC Heavyweight". Like fighting again Elgin and Taniguchi, fighting against Kitamiya is a matter of content.
This should be a good stimulus for the young ace, Kaito Kiyomiya, the GHC Heavyweight champion.
