HAYATA likes Basketball, favorite celebrity is Junji Inagawa (he tells ghost stories on a round stage during Obon, which he and YO-HEY go to each year), likes Takoyaki. (Note, they put at the end of his entry "comment is always "same!")
YO-HEY'S background is in judo. He sleeps while listening to ghost stories seven days a week, and he and HAYATA have the same favorite celebrity (Junji Inagawa). Favorite food are zaru soba (served with dipping sauce and on a bamboo draining plate), and crab.
Kaito Kiyomiya played soccer in Junior High. Likes music (jazz), computer games, travelling (it says he likes doing it alone), favorite musician is Taro Hakase. Likes tomatoes, sushi, chinese food. Naturally, his hero is Mitsuharu Misawa.
Masa Kitamiya's hero is Masa Saito. Likes steak and beer.
Quiet Storm likes training, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Pizza
Atsushi Kotoge's background is in soccer (it doesn't specify which one, but apparently one of the Schmichael's is his favorite celebrity). He enjoys running, and likes tomato juice.
Alex Hammerstone's hobbies are playing drums and guitars, favorite food is cheeseburgers. "Has a wide variety of costumes" according to Weekly Pro.
Kenoh's sports background is in Nippon Kempo. He loves the sea and snorkeling. Favorite food is meat.
Sonico's ring name was inspired by the NBA team "Supersonics" from Seattle. He came to Noah in August 2019, but sadly became injured.
Tadasuke's background is in Judo. Unsurprisingly he likes drinking, another hobby is reading, and he is good friends with Masao Inoue (they are Noah's bookworms). His favorite food is curry and rice.

Hajime Ohara's background is in wrestling, swimming and baseball. His hobby is cooking, with his favorite food being Cinnamon Sugar toast.
Yoshiki Inamura has a background in judo, student wrestling and sumo. Debuted as a heavyweight. Likes watching movies. Favorite food is fried rice.
I think Inamura may also hold the record of shortest time from debut to title challenge.
Hitoshi Kumano likes training, eating meat, debuted in February 2013 as the first (Japanese) trainee in seven years. Often works with AXIZ.
Go Shiozaki's sports background is Basketball. Likes raw meat...and an idol band called "King&Prince".
"A professed company dog", Takashi Sugiura's favorite music is R&B (despite the U2 theme music). I have a funny feeling he might sing it in karaoke!!
Chris Ridgeway has a background in Karate, wrestling, Brazilian ju-jitsu, soccer and basketball. Likes wrestling practice, fitness. Favorite food is chicken.

Naomichi Marufuji's background is in Basketball. Naturally his favorite food is Shiranui Curry (last year Kenoh called this "shameless self promotion").
Daisuke Harada's favorite food are the croquettes from the family business, "Harada Butcher Shop" in his hometown of Osaka (the shop has been in the family for something like thirty years)
Minoru Tanaka has a background in artistic gymnastics, loves touring the hot springs when on tour, and of course GOLD'S Gym. Favorite food is sushi and soup curry.
Junta Miyawaki has a background in high school Judo...and is "famous for being one of the biggest eaters in the industry" (he's Noah's remorseless eating machine with his favorite food being curry.)
Katsuhiko Nakajima was born in Fukuoka, but he grew up in Nagoya. Background in Karate. Says that Protein is his favorite food.
Haō (Yuki Sato) has a background in Volleyball. Likes curry and ice coffee.
Niō (Hi69) has a background in wrestling and baseball. Likes sake, snap peas, roasted and raw meat
Mohammed Yone has a background in Volleyball. Yone likes grilling Yakiniku (when he gets drunk he starts lecturing people on pot cooking). Runs Yone-ya, the Yone family restaurant in Tokyo.
