(NOAH) SCRAMBLE HISTORY: KATSUHIKO NAKAJIMA VS TAIJI ISHIMORI
Results may vary.
Over the course of 2014 - 2018 (excluding 2007 when they had no matches from 10th March 2006 until 30th August 2008), Taiji Ishimori and Katsuhiko Nakajima had a total of 148 matches. The majority of these were in Noah and were tag matches either where they tagged together or against each other, their first match was a tag together which took place on the 18th September 2004 in New Japan, when they teamed up to take on CTU (Jedo and Gedo). They worked predominantly in Noah, but also had matches in the aforementioned New Japan, All Japan (AJPW Junior Tag League in 2006) and Michinoku Pro. During the course of their interaction they would team with (or against) some high profile wrestlers, namely Jushin Thunder Lyger, Keiji Mutoh, Kensuke Sasaki and Mitsuharu Misawa. All of their matches took place in Japan.
Despite them both being part of the BRAVE Stable and teaming together in tags during their time in it (this was in Noah, the stable was led by Naomichi Marufuji until he dissolved all stables to fight Suzuki Gun), they never actually challenged for a title together and thus never held the tag belts together, or challenged each other for tag belts, their only championship match was on 25th February 2012 when Katsuhiko Nakajima (the reigning GHC Junior champion) defeated Taiji Ishimori to retain.
Their last match was on 10th February 2018 in a ten man elimination match which Nakajima's team won at KBS Kyoto Hall. Shortly after this, Taiji Ishimori quit Noah and announced he was leaving for New Japan.
