Pro Wrestling DX
Within the promotion is the most "technical", has "power", is good on the "mic" or is "good looking?"
Starting today, a special series called "Wrestlers determined by Wrestlers" will show the number one of each division (there will be 10) by "In-Wrestler evaluation" from their perspective.
This is the third edition of Noah's, the "Most Powerful".
We conducted interviews with 24 wrestlers currently competing in Noah (contracted roster members and freelancers who have been in or with Noah for more than three years).
Q: Please tell us which wrestlers you think is the "most powerful" in your promotion, and why?
1st place: Yoshiki Inamura (8 out of 24 wrestlers)
Comments of wrestlers who voted for Yoshiki Inamura
Kenoh: There is so much power in less than two years of debut. It will be outrageous when that hidden power comes out. Future potential.
Masa Kitamiya: He raises the heaviest weight in "BIG3"* muscle training
Nio: A mass of energy. High expectations (rough, second part does not translate well)
Akitoshi Saito: I was between Shiozaki, Inamura and Kitamiya, but I went with Inamura from the point of view that he is easy to understand by the customers. Thick limbs and big legs, he transmits power to those who are watching for the first time.
Mohammed Yone: There is still power, including the expected value, but he seems to explode even more
Atsushi Kotoge: His solid aim is going for Splash Mountain for an opponent of any weight. I often see him training with weights.
Daisuke Harada: The power of his potential is great, and it will be great when it is reflected more in pro wrestling.
Katsuhiko Nakajima: His Nobuchikamashi* is terrible. Amazing. Only because he knows about Sumo.
Yoshiki Inamura, with only one year and eight months of a career, has managed to hold back his seniors, and win first place in Noah's "Power" category. While Inamura looks like a "a mass of fighting spirit" with his Mohican, his singlet with "Kongoh" on his back and his shaved eyebrows, for Inamura his greatest strength is fighting with power, in which with a scream loud enough to kill, his greatest feature is the power fight which he strikes with a stout body, is his greatest feature. With both Sumo and Mongolian Sumo, make his shoulder tackle and sumo strikes, have enough impact. His "Anko Shaped Body", which has been over 100kg since his debut, has become even thicker. As Kotoge and Kitamiya have testified, it seems that with his heavyweight training such as bench press, squat and deadlift, he seems to have already become one of Noah's most influential people.
The speed in which he has risen to the forefront, is quicker than that of Kaito Kiyomiya, and with his potential of "expected value" and "future potential", he has won first place in this distinguished service. His value as "Noah's power fighter" has been highlighted as being very high amongst the wrestlers.
*Bench press squat and deadlift
*Sumo term, means to butt heads.
*Anko shaped body: Traditional sumo wrestler shaped body
2nd place: Go Shiozaki (5 out of 24 votes)
Comments of wrestlers who voted for Go Shiozaki
Naomichi Marufuji: I was hesitating over Kitamiya, but Shiozaki's forearm is amazing. His strength is excellent when the hitting strength comes out. It is the result of his efforts, but he has natural power.
Kaito Kiyomiya: The lariat makes you feel like you are being "blown away", and it is done with more force than it looks.
Tadasuke: Although I purposely change to a brainbuster after being carried from the corner and drop. I was amazed at how great it was...
Junta Miyawaki: I also use a Fisherman Buster, but I lift any heavy opponent and drop him straight down. Even with the Avalanche attack drop, he does this while maintaining his aerial posture. His natural power is amazing.
Kinya Okada: Even with force, I feel that his power is strong, such as lifting with a Fisherman and defeating you with a lariat. I haven't felt any loss of power when hit, and I feel more power than muscle.
The current GHC Heavyweight champion, Go Shiozaki, won second place after collecting five votes. Although he does not have a so-called "muscle armor" body, many voices poinnt out the strength of his potential. Shiozaki makes a strong impression with chops and lariats, and it is said that he is a good at "force technique" by lifting an opponent by force without reaction, and is good "feat of strength" to forcibly throw.
He is a powerful fighter with a slim figure, who is blessed with natural power. A stable torso is also a feature in that even when fighting with a foreign wrestler, he does not leave an impression of loss of power when it is over. It may be that Shiozaki himself is sticking with the "heavyweight fight" because of his strength.
3rd place: Masa Kitamiya (4 out of 24 votes)
Comments of wrestlers who voted for Masa Kitamiya
Yoshiki Inamura: I think it takes a great deal of power to control someone who has no feet on the ground, such as raising them into a brainbuster once they have dropped, and throwing them while carrying back flips etc
Go Shiozaki: Although he is not big in height, he is heavyset and the power you feel in his pace is amazing.
Shuhei Taniguchi: He is forcibly powerful, and there is a strength which comes from the inside
Minoru Tanaka: There is a powerful sense of impression
Masa Kitamiya came in third place with four votes.
With a bulging body full of power, his fighting style and head on collision with opponents often overlap with his teachers, Masa Saito and Kensuke Sasaki. Kitamiya, who is full of manly "power", like Shiozaki has a good reputation for the stability of his strength and torso. Above all, the spirit of "Go For Broke", has been inherited from his late teacher and supports its strength.
In the next edition we will discuss "Best Body".
