Pro Wrestling Noah, who are actively holding empty arena events, have started a new project by the name of "NOAH NEW HOPE". The broadcast centers on the young ace, Kaito Kiyomiya, who defended the GHC Heavyweight title for a long time last year.
Although Noah is full of career rich powerhouses such as Naomichi Marufuji, Takashi Sugiura, the current GHC Heavyweight Champion, Go Shiozaki and the National Champion, Katsuhiko Nakajima, the growth of the new generation and the junior heavyweight front are also worth seeing. It can be said that this current relay is for enjoying Noah's "current progressive form."

Kiyomiya, of course, appeared in the main event and won the fight against tag champion Rene Dupree with the vibrant finish using his special move, The Tiger Suplex.

"NOAH NEW HOPE" was held at ABEMA studios. The ring was smaller than usual, which meant a varied way in fighting. Furthermore, Dupree is a large powerful wrestler and the narrow ring has no place to escape, which made it difficult for Kiyomiya. During the match, Kiyomiya showed a wide range of fighting styles, such as an the relentless head lock at the start. He showed a varied fighting style against Dupre, proving that it he has not only "youth" and "momentum".

However, the biggest climax of the match came after the main event, when Kiyomiya spoke on the microphone in the ring and made startling appeals.

First of all he made an appeal to Keiji Mutoh, who has participate in Noah and who Kiyomiya has teamed with. He has been saying this for a long time. "I have not forgotten what I said before. I want to fight Keiji Mutoh. This is a cry from my heart".
His speech did not stop there.
"This is my wish, I don't know what will happen, and I don't know how far it will go...but I want to experience The Rainmaker."
"Rainmaker" is of course Kazuchika Okada, the top wrestler in New Japan Pro Wrestling. Kiyomiya spread his arms in the ring in the "Rainmaker Pose".

Kiyomiya is by no means a loudmouth or someone who pays lip service, in a nutshell he is a straightforward young man who has dared to mention wrestlers from other promotions.

If realized,Kaito Kiyomiya vs Kazuchika Okada will be a dream match that will symbolize the mat world of the Reiwa Era, which will be a fight to feel the "now" of Pro Wrestling. Whether or not Kiyomiya's "wish" will be realized is the focus of attention.
