At "NOAH, Go Forward Day 1" an empty arena event on the 14th June, Yoshinari Ogawa, Kinya Okada & HAYATA vs Daisuke Harada, Tadasuke & YO-HEY, who symbolises the fierce competition of the junior division, Okada, who is a promising heavyweight newcomer (known as "Okakin"), displayed a classic technique. Many fans praised him saying, "It's Showa!"

Okada is growing rapidly amongst pro wrestling fans, with participation in the TV match "NOAH "NEW HOPE", which was followed by the fans praise "It's Showa!"Fans have said on the net, "Okakin's growth is the best highlight" and "I want Okakin to win this match". Pro wrestling fans increased the viewers of the TV program "Detective Night Scoop", which bought a resolution to fight with his older sister.

The core theme of the event was the joint junior struggle of Yoshinari Ogawa and HAYATA, who had entered STINGER after betraying the former RATELS. In the midst of the rivalry, the heavyweight rookie, Okada, who while it might not have been flashy, displayed Ogawa's teachings such as arm attacks with various variations. After this, Okada did a series of classical skills with a scoop slam which was followed up by an armlock, backbreaker, side suplex and a the bridging pin. In the latter part of the match, in the one on one battle with Harada, he used a small package hold, reverse clutch hold, and the bridging pin. Fans were very excited about the classical route that Okada had taken, and used comments like "Rough", "Austere", "Technique is increasing", "Good choice of classical techniques" and "It is Showa!"
At the end, Okada fell to Harada's Katayama German Suplex, but it seems that his traditional Showa style was generally well received, with comments such as "Good luck, Okakin!" and "the choice of technique is elegant".

Despite the loss of the TV match which was reported, he said on Twitter, "But after all, I still want to win and appear in the news." However, that day had ended in defeat.

Okada showed his presence as the only heavyweight wrestler using his own style during the junior rivalry that was swirling around him, and it can be said that being a rookie wrestler is a rite of passage during the "Good fighting man*" era, but I would like to continue to pay attention to Okakin, who is evolving with each match.
