"A breath of fresh air"

After appearing in the video for idol group TeensHeaven "Little Hero In Your Heart", Naomichi Marufuji appeared at the CD single launch event to help promote the song of which part of had been filmed at the Noah dojo, and which he had appeared in. Kinya Okada was also in the video, but he did not appear at the event today. The CD launch (this is their second major release) was held under necessarily strict circumstances, attendees were limited to a certain amount, and everyone who went had to wear a face mask and take the necessary precautions (i.e. use of disinfectant gel, no one was allowed in who showed symptoms of a flu like illness, etc). Marufuji's appearance took the form of a half an hour talk, after which he had to rush off quickly as he had to be at the ABEMA Studios for a TV appearance later that evening (where he got drunk). At the end of the talk show, the fans could get autographs and pictures with the group and Marufuji.

I am afraid that I don't have very much information on what the talk show consisted off (although one of the group, Ayame, said she was nervous at the beginning), but there was one gem when Marufuji said he would like to do a project with the group that wasn't wrestling. The girls suggested that he might like to sing. Marufuji laughed and said that it could be the three of them against three Noah wrestlers in a song battle.

Aside from radio interviews, Noah have had to stop all their fan events and public appearances due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The last one they made was on March 14th when NOSAWA Rongai & Takashi Sugiura hosted a dinner and drinks, in addition to this all their shows since that time (and Global Tag League) have been held empty arena, with merchandise autographs done online and live on the Noah YouTube. This is the first public appearance by any of the Noah roster for almost three months.

Noah have always said that they would like to branch out into different avenues and appeal to people who might not watch wrestling, and they seem to have started to win over the groups fans, as some were seen to be wearing Marufuji's "Immortal Bird" t-shirt.
