Business integration of DDT and Noah, President Sanshiro Takagi is "Aiming to hold Tokyo Dome event"

DDT and Noah held a meeting in Tokyo on July 27th, to announce that they will integrate management of three companies, including DDT Food, which manages DDT'S restaurant business. 

Under the umbrella of CyberAgent, which is currently the parent company of all three, it will start as a new pro wrestling subsidiary "CyberFight Co. Ltd" on September 1st. The brands of the individual promotions and the structure of the promotions will be maintained, with Representative Director, Sanshiro Takagi, remaining president of DDT and Noah. Noah's Naomichi Marufuji (40) and DDT'S Akihito (real name, Akihito Nishigaki, 33) will remain as Vice Presidents, with Narihiro Takeda and Takahiro Yamauchi as company directors. 

President Takagi said that the reason for the integration was the damage that has been caused by the spread of Coronavirus. "We will aim to streamline costs by unifying them, and we also want to aim for the optimization of staff by having the right people in the right place. In the future (Noah and DDT) will operate as a division. Please be assured that this will not result in the disappearance of either promotion or their individuality to be lost. There is no change in management to each group."

Regarding the aim, "We aim to hold a Tokyo Dome event in the future. The goal is to be number one in pro wrestling. We want to overtake New Japan".
