(NOAH) The Green Guide to "Diamond2" (the second Kongoh produce), July 24th 2020

This is Kongoh's second produce show, which is free from the drama of the first one as Kenoh was told by LIDET (who owned Noah at the time) that if he didn't sell it out then he would have to leave the promotion. Fortunately Kongoh sold it out, and Kenoh stayed. At the time of writing the A seats have already sold out. 

Venue

Korakuen Hall in Tokyo. The first produce was held at ShinKiba 1st Ring. Due to Coronavirus prevention measures the event will be held not to full capacity. If you are thinking of going please read Noah's guidance on keeping yourself and others safe. Event will start at 11.30am JST. 

Broadcast

The event will be broadcast on Samurai TV on July 31st at 11pm JST. I am unsure as to when and if it will be uploaded to WRESTLEUNIVERSE. 

Card

Nioh vs Shiryu 

"The legendary masked man, Shiryu, who predominantly participated in Michinoku Pro wrestling and Kai-En-Tai DX, will participate. What does Shiryu's appearance mean? This will be the first single showdown with Nioh, and will be a match where the true ability is judged".

Shiryu is an incarnation of Kaz Hayashi's (he has two like this with different masks, the incarnation he has chosen to use for this match is a heel). Hayashi used the gimmick in Michinoku Pro before he left for Keiji Mutoh's All Japan. Nioh (as Hi69) was a Michinoku Pro regular. 

Yoshiki Inamura vs Masaaki Mochizuki

"This is the most different battle on the cards announced, Mochizuki with technique vs Inamura's power, is a must see. What kind of chemical reaction will be produced by polar opposite fighting styles?"

Yoshiki Inamura said he is honored to have this match with a veteran wrestler like Masaaki Mochizuki, but he is going to do his best to win. Mochizuki said he is humbled by Inamura's politeness, but he's says a "self proclaimed super second rate". No matter, he will fight his politeness with the same, and with all his power regardless of means. 

Manabu Soya vs Shuhei Taniguchi

"Soya and Taniguchi, a showdown between heavyweights. Although there has been no direct confrontation since the GHC National Championship challenger held in June, this is an unbeatable battle after Taniguchi was defeated by Soya. Soya, who did not take the title but showed high potential, will explode the deadly ballistic here."

In other words, it's going to be a hoss fight. 

Masa Kitamiya vs Daiki Inaba

"Daiki Inaba, who showed a fierce fight with Kaito Kiyomiya at NOAH "NEW HOPE", will participate in the Kongoh performance. On the other hand is Masa Kitamiya, who boasts the toughness of Noah. This battle will be one of the trials, what kind of fight will Inaba show?"

Kaito Kiyomiya has not been invited to the produce, the same way that Kenoh (much to his anger) was not invited to "NEWHOPE", but it will be interesting to see whether or not Kiyomiya, who is Inaba's tag partner, will show up to second him. 

Kenoh vs Haoh

"A singles match granted by Kenoh in response to the request of Hao. Hao, who has not been able to achieve results since he appeared in Noah last year, has put all his preparedness, feelings and strong beliefs into this confrontation."

Kenoh (who probably had someone from his long list of real or imagined enemies in mind) was asked for a singles match by Haoh, and after squaring up to him threateningly, Kenoh gave him his wish by loudly yelling that he admired Haoh's determination, and the match would take place at the Kongoh produce.
