(NOAH) Important request to everyone visiting Korakuen Hall

Pro Wrestling Noah will hold the following events at Korakuen Hall (18th, 19th & 24th July), and so we would like to ask you all for your understanding and co-operation in our efforts to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. 

Please do not arrive before the opening time. Waiting for the roster and the staff to arrive and to leave, is not allowed. 

Opening hours: July 18th → 17.30, July 19th → 10.30, July 24th → 10.30

Please check your physical condition before visiting, and please do not visit if you have a condition such as a cough or a fever. Those who have a temperature of 37.5℃ or above are not allowed to enter the venue. Noah will use Daitoku Co. Ltd's digital thermal "Facial Fever" mask to detect temperature. 

In principle the use of elevators is prohibited, please use the stairs leaving a space between yourself and the person to the front and back of you. If you are aged or have a physical condition, please speak to the staff. 

You will enter via the exhibition hall.  

Alcoholic disinfectant

Please disinfect your hands using the disinfectant stations provided 

Visitor record check 

We will record the information of all visitors following guidance from the government, local council and the venue. We will ask for name, address, phone number, e-mail address, transportation and seat number. 

If you have a printed ticket, please fill in the necessary information in advance on the back of the ticket stub. 

If you are using an electronic ticket, please fill in the required information in advance via the web survey before you come to the venue. Please present the sent screen or a screenshot of it. 

Electronic questionnaire 

The staff will confirm that either print or electronic submission has been received. 

Please note that your personal information will not be used for anything other than in response to someone who is infected, and will be deleted after a specified period. Tickets will be checked at both entrance. 

OTHER NOTES

Please watch the event from your designated seat. Standing to watch the match is not possible. 

Loud cheering which may cause the transmission of fluids is prohibited. Unless it is strictly necessary, please do not eat and drink. 

Smoking areas will be closed. 

There will be no intervals. When you line up for the restroom, please keep distance between yourself and others. 

Please use the disinfectant installed in the lobby on your hands

Hanging banners and throwing paper tape are prohibited 

Please note that we will not accept gifts to be given to wrestlers 

At the end of the event the exits will be restricted. Please cooperate with the announcement at the venue. 

As a general rule, please take your garbage home with you. 

Fan club enrollment will be held at the information desk in the lobby at the venue on each day at the end of all events. However, to prevent overcrowding we recommend that you follow the procedure from the fan club page on the website.
