Club Citta in Kawasaki is a venue that has been used by Noah as a special arena for their TV matches for empty audiences. This event will be held in honor of the venue that co-operated with Noah during this time.

Speaking of Club Citta, in the 1990s there was a time in the 1990s when it was a mecca for pro wrestling indie groups and Joshi promotions, who would use it on Sundays at nights or during a holiday. Club Citta was rebuilt inn 2000, with the new club completed in 2002, but since then it has fallen out favor due to the availability of affordable venues such as Shinkiba 1st RING and Shinjuku FACE. The star shaped lighting remains reminiscent of the old club.

This time, 4 matches have been lined up and it could be said that this is a strong card that has removed the heavyweight and junior class frame that has been assembled. A Noah official has said, "We would like to continue using it in the future", and so in the Reiwa Era, the Club Citta event may become a place with the potential to become a mecca for professional wrestling. 

For Kaito Kiyomiya, who wants to a show a new scenery, Club Citta can be added to his garden by increasing the number of TV matches.
