Pro Wrestling Noah held their 20th anniversary show, "DEPARTURE 2020 DAY 1" at Korakuen Hall on the 4th August 2020.
In the main event, the GHC National Championship, the challenger Kenoh succeeded in capturing the belt by knocking out the champion, Katsuhiko Nakajima, with a right high kick at 24:45. Nakajima failed to defend for the third time.
It was Kenoh who controlled the dangerous fight in which the kicks and slaps were intensely interlaced in the ring, and a strong right kick caught Nakajima in the face. The appearance of the champion, who did not move, proved the victory of the KO.
Since forming the anti-establishment unit, "KONGOH", last year, it has been one year and three months since the formation of the team, and the long awaited first title. "Finally, I was able to summon this GHC belt to Kongoh! It has been a long time, but we finally have it. We have the strength. We will use that ability to make the Noah ring shine like a diamond!".
Backstage Kenoh (who refers to the fans as "fucking bastards" said, "You know my goal! I have this belt, and I will progress with this momentum!" He showed his ambition to advance to the Budokan, which he has been promoting for some time. Due to the spread of the Coronavirus, the audience was limited to less than one-third of the venue. "Life is awkward, and there are restraints. However, please come and see pro wrestling as part of your daily routine. Distract yourself with wrestling, I'll fight for that purpose"
