Don't let the dream go!
DDT'S Konosuke Takeshita (25) is eager or an "ace showdown" with Noah's Kaito Kiyomiya (24).
After winning DDT'S singles tournament "KING OF DDT 2020" (which this year opens at the Kanda Myojin Hall in Tokyo on August 8th), Takeshita comments "Experience shows that if you can control the summer, you will be able to feel a sense of gearing up as you head into a big match in the fall. From September, DDT will be integrated with Noah, a subsidiary of the parent company, CyberAgent. President Sanshiro Takagi says to "go beyond New Japan", but if that is the case then I wonder if you must do Takeshita vs Kiyomiya. That is something that New Japan cannot do."
There is a connection between Takeshita and Kiyomiya. In August last year they clashed in a six man tag at the fundraising event "TAKAYAMANIA EMPIRE 2" for the Emperor, Yoshihiro Takayama (53). At that time, Kiyomiya was the GHC Heavyweight champion and Takeshita was the KO-D openweight champion, and because they were the top of their affiliated promotion, there was a rivalry with each other. Takeshita, who is enthusiastic about a future rematch on this occasion said, "Even if it is not the same of the Golden Age of professional wrestling, I will think it will attract a lot of attention when placed on the card. But ultimately, I just hate the timing".
He is ready to push forward towards a new generation of ace showdowns.

Note: I have omitted the part about "All Out" going on a rampage as this is not relevant to Noah.
