After a rapid development in the Noah Juniors, the GHC Junior Tag Champion, Yoshinari Ogawa was challenged by Atsushi Kotoge & Daisuke Harada's resurrected "Peach Youth Tag" at the 11th October Osaka event.

Regarding the reunion of "Peach Youth", Ogawa scathingly parried this and questioned the challenge qualifications of Kotoge. On the 30th August Kawasaki event GHC Junior Tag Championship (Ogawa & HAYATA vs Kotoge & Ohara), Ogawa got the submission from Kotoge. As the rechallenge was decided in less than a month without a proven track record, in exchange for his consent, Ogawa made a "certain request" to Noah.

Interview with Yoshinari Ogawa

Q: Due to the rapid development in Korakuen, you decided to accept the challenge of Kotoge & Harada.
OGAWA: Well even if you say "rapid development", we haven't changed just because what is around us has. I don't know if their team will be like a unit, but currently the units in addition to us (STINGER) are FULL THROTTLE and The Addams Family...
Q: The Addams Family?
OGAWA: Oh, sorry. Kongoh (laughs) There are various other things, such as NOSAWA and Kaz, but we don't change no matter who our opponents are. After all, YO-HEY and Kotoge just changed, right? It's a big deal, but it doesn't change the match so much when their positions change.
Q: The Peach Youth tag has been revived, do you feel threatened at all?
OGAWA: I thought it was a team that Kotoge and Harada had formed after coming to Noah. Yesterday in the waiting room I asked HAYATA if he knew what this peach thing was, HAYATA said "Huh? I know. I've known about it since I was in Osaka". I said, "They have been working together since then?" Well, that's the level of my recognition.
Q: You lost to Harada in Korakuen?
OGAWA: Yeah, so when Harada said, "I want to challenge", on his part I think "It can't be helped", but Kotoge just lost to us in the title match (note on the 30th August in Kawasaki, Kotoge & Ohara challenged and lost). We talked about it in the waiting room, "Is it okay to take on a challenge of a losing wrestler in less than a month?". We weren't convinced about that.
Q: The Peach Youth is a proven team
OGAWA: The team called "The Peaches of something or other" might have revived, and some ugly girls might have become excited about it, but that's not good for us. In fact, I just won against Kotoge, so even a wrestler who just lost can make a challenge if a team is revived? And the title match in Osaka has already been announced, right?
Q: The title match on the 11th October in Osaka was announced on the same day
OGAWA: Then, if the company is going to make that card then I want them to make the match order for it to be after the title match (GHC Junior match) between Kotaro and Haoh. From what I have seen so far, Kotaro's single title match doesn't look exciting to me, so isn't this better in may ways, including topicality?
Q: In terms of exchange conditions...
OGAWA: Yes, somehow the match is like "singles at the top, tags are on the bottom", but it's the opposite in Osaka? Our match is better, and if we are going to be challenged by Kotoge who lost to us last time, I want the company to hear my request.
Q: Certainly, the order of title matches tends to be "singles rather than tag"
OGAWA: There are other things too, like "heavyweights are higher than juniors", and I want to break things like "heavyweights other than juniors" and "singles rather than tags". I also want people who know wrestling to think about various things in the company. Even if it's posters, when people who don't even watch the matches, find it strange to think about (rough). Even the heavyweights, tall and heavy...our heavyweights are short though. The reason isn't that I have a lot of interesting matches each day, but that there are some who have matches without thinking about the topic, and I wonder if there is a reason for that.
