VS FULL THROTTLE

Momo no Seishun had little time to savour their victory over the hated STINGER, however when a new threat appeared on the horizon in the form of FULL THROTTLE'S YO-HEY and Seiki Yoshioka, who challenged for the belts. YO-HEY (being coherent despite where he was and what he was doing) said that they had nothing against Momo No Seishun, but FULL THROTTLE wanted their belts as it would be them who would make a new Noah junior. Momo No Seishun accepted their challenge, and the title match has been set for 28th October at Korakuen Hall.

The one and only pre match between the two teams took place on the 24th October in Niigata, which ended with Seiki Yoshioka getting the win. BUT, it wasn't over either Harada or Kotoge, he instead pinned the least experienced and youngest member of the team, Junta Miyawaki. However, FULL THROTTLE saw it as a win in lieu over Kotoge and Harada, with Yoshioka saying backstage that Momo No Seishun were "a relic of the past."

The title match itself was a little different, and not as easy as FULL THROTTLE had expected, they might have lost but it did leave fans wanting to see Daisuke Harada vs Seiki Yoshioka in a singles match. After pinning YO-HEY, Daisuke Harada, his face contorted, snarling and demonic, looked at him and shook his head angrily. He looked like he was going to rip YO-HEY to shreds.

VS STINGER

Daisuke Harada was speaking on the microphone after the match about creating a new Noah Junior and winning the GHC Junior Heavyweight, when their\his perpetual enemies, STINGER (HAYATA and Yoshinari Ogawa, minus Kotaro Suzuki who had been kicked out of the unit earlier) snuck into the ring and attempted to blindside them, but Kotoge caught them in time. However, Harada was given HAYATA'S dreaded Headache, and as Ogawa draped the tag belts over them and stuck his boot in, HAYATA said somewhat inaudibly, "Us....next!". STINGER left the ring after making their title challenge, and it took Junta Miyawaki to roll them both out of the ring, Kotoge being in better condition than Harada. Backstage, Harada accepted their challenge (using colorful language in Osaka dialect), with the title match being set for the Yokohama Budokan on the 22nd November.

Their pre-match on the 14th November 2020 resolved nothing, as Kotaro Suzuki had managed to wrangle his way in to being the special guest referee for the match. As far as being fair went, Kotaro seemed to have little interest in Momo No Seishun, he was more content to annoy STINGER, deliberately being somewhere else when Ogawa went for a pin, nosing into anything HAYATA did, and then doing a lightning speed count, which meant that Junta Miyawaki not only won the match for STINGER, but also pinned Ogawa.
Momo left the ring as Ogawa, furious, grabbed Kotato by the throat who waved three fingers in his face. I would expect Kotaro to appear at ringside during the title match, not because he cares that Momo will retrain, but because he knows that his presence will distract Ogawa and his just appearing on the scene will be more than enough to do that.

You would have thought that Momo No Seishun had called Yoshinari Ogawa's bluff and told him to "Do your worst", because he did. HAYATA (who came out hiding under his mask, wearing contact lenses and was seen to pull his hood down the moment he walked out of the curtains), was just as bad. STINGER went on the attack as soon as Momo No Seishun entered the ring, with Ogawa once he was on the outside up to his usual tricks, such as foot pulling from the apron, managing to trip Daisuke Harada up and inside the ring grabbing the ref, eye gouging and low blows. HAYATA wasn't as underhand, but his style has really changed since tagging with Ogawa, with his sadistic smile seen.

STINGER saved their sadism for the bright pink haired Atsushi Kotoge's arm which they tortured mercilessly; Ogawa wrapping it around the ringpost at one point. They made sure to keep Kotoge isolated from Harada, and as a result there was a crisis moment when Kotoge was being tortured by Ogawa, and HAYATA was keeping Harada away, but despite what they put him through, Kotoge refused to give up. Kotoge might not have been able to use his arm, but he could certainly use his legs and after a prolonged period of torture, the fresher Harada was tagged in following a kick. Harada was enraged, Ogawa had taken pretty much everything from him, and now tonight Ogawa was going to take one thing more.

NEXT CHAMPIONS: STINGER
