(NOAH) CARD: PREMIUM PRELUDE, 2020 (Tuesday 1st December, Korakuen Hall, Tokyo)

Pro Wrestling Noah will hold the last show before the grand Yoyogi event on the 6th December at Korakuen Hall. The card is chaotic to say the least as the last of the pre-matches (all except one) gear up towards their title matches. The bell sounds at 18:30 JST.

"PREMIUM PRELUDE 2020" will be broadcast on ABEMA, with the stream starting at 18:00 JST. It should hopefully be a free worldwide broadcast. Should you not catch it live, you can watch for free for seven days, after that it will be placed on WRESTLEUNIVERSE

MATCH ONE
FULL THROTTLE (Seiki Yoshioka, YO-HEY & Hajime Ohara) vs Junta Miyawaki, Kai Fujimura & Yasutaka Yano

Kai Fujimura (WRESTLE-1 trainee, who has been bouncing around the indies since his home promotion closed) returns to Noah today to team with Yasutaka Yano and Junta Miyawaki against the somewhat crazy FULL THROTTLE. Expect an energetic opener, with young Yano experiencing his first taste of crazy YO-HEY and learning from someone outside of Noah. I am hoping that Kai Fujimura will stay and become an addition to the Noah juniors.
Working the opener and kind of forming their own little division within the Noah juniors, has become something that Miyawaki, Yano, Inamura and Okada look as if they are loving. I hope that Fujimura will become part of this.

MATCH TWO
Mohammed Yone & Yuko Miyamoto

Rare Mohammed Yone singles match, and even rarer an opponent for him. Miyamoto does not look like someone who appreciates disco.

MATCH THREE
Momo No Seishun (Daisuke Harada & Atsushi Kotoge) vs The Kongoh Juniors (Haoh & Tadasuke)

Atsushi Kotoge and Haoh take a backseat as their partners, Daisuke Harada and Tadasuke tear into each other. Unlike every other championship (save the GHC Heavyweight tag which no one has challenged for yet), Harada will not be defending the GHC Junior against Tadasuke on the 6th December, but rather the following show (the fall out show) on the 19th...which makes me wonder, just what will happen on the big stage of the 6th? Tonight may give a hint, or else knowing Noah, the whole thing will erupt suddenly.

MATCH FOUR
Kongoh (Kenoh & Nioh) vs The Sugiura Army (Kazushi Sakuraba & NOSAWA Rongai)

Kenoh fights the final pre-match before the title challenge for the GHC National against Kazushi Sakuraba; unlike the other titles on the card on the 6th, this will be Kenoh and Sakuraba's one and only pre-match. Will Sakuraba take the chance to show Kenoh that he hasn't quite lost the feeling of the "PRIDE ERA"that Kenoh is threatening to take him back to?

MATCH FIVE
STINGER (Yoshinari Ogawa & HAYATA) & Kinya Okada vs Naomichi Marufuji, Kotaro Suzuki & Sarubahe de Oriente

Rare card in which Naomichi Marufuji will make a rare tag with Kotaro Suzuki, and the mysterious Sarubahe de Oriente, facing Yoshinari Ogawa (who after a singles match with last year said he was exhausted by), HAYATA and Kinya Okada. Marufuji, however, will probably not be getting involved in the junior squabble but this will be a good chance for him to assess Kinya Okada first hand (and chop him in the process) and see the new masked man up close. On top of all of that, this is the last pre-match between Kotaro Suzuki, Sarubahe de Oriente and STINGER for the GHC Junior Heavyweight tag titles.

MATCH SIX
Kaito Kiyomiya, Yoshiki Inamura & Daiki Inaba vs Kongoh (Katsuhiko Nakajima, Masa Kitamiya & Manabu Soya)

Katsuhiko Nakajima has come out of the City of Dis to hint that he is interested in this match, as it has new blood in it. That new blood is Daiki Inaba. This is not the first time that Nakajima and Inaba have crossed paths, Nakajima took the W-1 title from him in January 2020. Inaba will be looking for some kind of payback, and while Nakajima cares even less about the W-1 title than he did then, he has someone new to wind up and kick around. Nakajima probably has also not forgotten Yoshiki Inamura either, who in the last match gave Nakajima a walking brainbuster, which naturally did not go down well.

MATCH SEVEN
Go Shiozaki & Shuhei Taniguchi vs The Sugiura Army (Takashi Sugiura & Hideki Suzuki)

Hideki Suzuki returns to Noah, teaming with fellow company dog, Takashi Sugiura (he was fired and then rehired), against Go Shiozaki and Shuhei Taniguchi. Expect a hoss fight between Taniguchi and Suzuki, and one of Noah's classic "Golden Era" matches in this last crucial pre-match between Go Shiozaki and Takashi Sugiura. Sugiura choked out Shiozaki in the last pre-match, and told Shiozaki that he expected more. Shiozaki will no doubt give him much more than he asked for.
