Pro Wrestling Noah announced on the 29th that Keiji Mutoh, who will fight his retirement match at The Tokyo Dome on February 21st next year, will participate in the Fukuoka International Centre event.
In the announcement titled "Super Urgent, Big Decision!" Noah stated that "at first, Mutoh had no plans to have a match at the Fukuoka event, so he planned to say goodbye to Mutoh fans in Fukuoka by attending an autograph session. In response to the many passionate requests from Fukuoka fans who wanted to see Mutoh's final active heroic figure in the Fukuoka ring, in addition Mutoh himself wanted to do a retirement road in Fukuoka where many famous matches took place, such as the match against Noah's Kaito Kiyomiya and the match against Genichiro Tenryu when he was a member of New Japan, so he decided to participate in the match in a hurry."
However, "By this regarding the autograph session for Keiji Mutoh and the guest commentary for the ABEMA live broadcast, which have already been announced for the Fukuoka International Centre event, will be cancelled. We deeply apologize to all the fans who were looking forward to Mutoh's autograph session and guest commentary on ABEMA, and thank you for your understanding"
Mutoh will form a trio with Satoshi Kojima and Ninja Mack in his final match in Fukuoka to face Naomichi Marufuji, Jack Morris and HAYATA.
