(NOAH) CARD: SUNNY VOYAGE 2023 (Saturday April 8th, Osaka ATC Hall (ATC Museum) * B2 floor, Osaka)

Noah come to Osaka following their eventful trip out to Tohoku. Sean Legacy comes to Noah tonight, following his successful tryout when Naomichi Marufuji and Katsuhiko Nakajima went to the USA in November 2022. Tonight sees some bitter pre matches, an alarming match for the Kongoh Juniors, the return of Kaito Kiyomiya and of course as this is Osaka, HAYATA will be on autographs and a new picture of GLG's YO-HEY and Tadasuke, will go on sale. 

Doors open at 3pm JST, with the event starting an hour later. Show will not be streamed live, but will be put on WrestleUniverse from 18:00 JST on 11th April.

MATCH ONE

Kinya Okada vs Taishi Ozawa

Local boy Kinya Okada opens the show. 

MATCH TWO

Ninja Mac, Seiki Yoshioka & Alejandro vs Super Crazy, Xtreme Tiger & Lanzelot

This is Osaka, and this match is going to get wild as the "Knight of the Air", Lanzelot, (as his uncle Super Crazy has termed him), takes on a man who could also be dubbed a "Knight of the Air", Ninja Mac. Added to this you have Alejandro and Seiki Yoshioka, plus Xtreme Tiger. Let's hope the veteran, Super Crazy, can keep some control. 

MATCH THREE

Hideki Suzuki & Saxon Huxley vs Kongoh Juniors (Hajime Ohara & Hi69)

I fear for the Kongoh Juniors in this match, as they would have to stand on each others shoulders to be taller than Saxon Huxley, or Hideki Suzuki for that matter. The next match may well be hampered by two Kongoh Junior shaped holes in the mat. Huxley has already put Yoshiki Inamura through a table and got counted out when brawling with Manabu Soya, so who knows what he's going to do tonight? 

MATCH FOUR

El Hijo Del Dr Wagner Jnr & Yoshinari Ogawa vs Good Looking Guys (Jack Morris & Tadasuke)

A double pre match as El Hijo Del Dr Wagner Jnr is being challenged by Jack Morris for the GHC National and Yoshinari Ogawa is being challenged by Tadasuke (and YO-HEY) for the GHC Junior Tag belts. I do wonder if in the case of Eita and Ogawa, if one will be seconded by the other? 

MATCH FIVE

AMAKUSA & Atsushi Kotoge vs HAYATA & Yasutaka Yano

Another pre match as AMAKUSA and HAYATA start their road to the championship match. It is interesting that Yasutaka Yano has been put in this (not that he will be making any title challenges tonight), following Naomichi Marufuji's recommendation that he think a little more about the matches he is in when it comes to card position, and that he should get more involved in championships.

MATCH SIX

Eita vs YO-HEY

The DragonKids (those who debuted in DragonGate according to what Eita called YO-HEY when they were both in Perros Del Mal De Japon) fight in a GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag title pre match. Eita has threatened that YO-HEY will relive the trauma of their last match. However, Eita once also threatened to repay HAYATA in kind following a match when HAYATA bloodied him up, so he doesn't have the greatest track record when it comes to threatening payback. 

MATCH SEVEN

Kaito Kiyomiya, Masa Kitamiya, Daiki Inaba & Yoshiki Inamura vs Naomichi Marufuji, Takashi Sugiura, Shuhei Taniguchi & Sean Legacy. 

Sean Legacy makes his Noah debut and walks straight into a pre match involving a going off the rails Shuhei Taniguchi, his watchful seniors who have decided to take him in hand, and a returning Kaito Kiyomiya. Kiyomiya has said that he doesn't want his opponents to hold back, to which Marufuji has questioned his sanity considering his opponents, and Sean Legacy says the challenge is accepted. 

MATCH EIGHT

Jake Lee & Anthony Green vs Kongoh (Kenoh & Katsuhiko Nakajima)

The main event is the GHC Heavyweight pre match between the champion, Jake Lee, and his demonic challenger, Katsuhiko Nakajima. So far neither has gotten the direct win over the other, but that may all change tonight in Osaka. Nakajima however will probably not be looking for an easy win over Jake, he wants to show him what the real Noah is, and who the real Noah is.
