New Japan, All Japan and Noah, three pro wrestling promotions, united at "ALL TOGETHER AGAIN! (If you have the energy, you can do anything!), and the event became a hot topic. 

Kazuchika Okada closed out the show. He took the lead with "1,2,3 DAAAH!", calling out to Antonio Inoki in heaven with a large chorus of fans and wrestlers, and he once again made it known to the whole world that he is the current “Mr Pro Wrestling”. It was a grand finale, but there was one man who rebelled.

Kiyomiya had formed an "Ace Trio" with Hiroshi Tanahashi and Kento Miyahara, and faced off against Okada, Yuma Aoyagi and Kenoh, but Kiyomiya saw only Okada. 

In his home ring as the GHC Heavyweight Champion at Noah's 21st February Tokyo Dome event, although he confronted Okada, who held the IWGP title at that time, he was defeated. Even though the match was non title, the shock of being defeated in the showdown of champions was great. After that, Kiyomiya lost the belt to Jake Lee, who rode in from All Japan to Noah. The prestige of Noah's young leader, came crashing to the ground. 

There was no choice but to get revenge on Okada, who treated him like a child. 

Kiyomiya himself responded more than anyone else, and although he was enthusiastic about the match on June 9th, Okada looked right through him. He had no choice but to watch as Tanahashi, who had closed out the last ALL TOGETHER, passed the lead to Okada. Kiyomiya turned his back and withdrew to the waiting room, while all the participating wrestlers gathered in the ring. He couldn't stand backing up Okada's mic with everyone. He shouted, "Okada, you're not running away!" in a different tone than usual, but a chance came unexpectedly early when he decided to attack New Japan's G1 Climax 2023. While missing Noah's N-1 Victory, he is fixed on the resolution that, "Taking a break from Noah and going to New Japan is a way to spread Kaito Kiyomiya and Noah, take a break from the N-1 and returning with the G1 championship". He pretends to be calm saying, "My feelings have changed", but his burning feelings for Okada cannot be quenched so easily. 

The G1 is a four block system, and Okada is entered into B block. In Block A, Kiyomiya will compete against SANADA, who took the IWGP belt from Okada, as well as Shota Umino, Ren Narita and Yota Tsuji, who will lead the next generation. With them and others, he will compete for the top two spots to advance to the finals. Breaking through A Block is the minimum requirement to face Okada, but summer is the season when Kiyomiya's condition is the best. He loves tomatoes, a summer vegetable, and his tomato power will increase to the highest during the G1. It is said that "If a tomato turns red, the doctor turns blue" and "Tomatoes keep the doctor away". Every year with its high nutritional content, tomatoes keep you from having fatigue in the summer. The red ripe power of the tomato, will lift your mood. 

The "crybaby" shedding tears, is the flipside of his strength. A strong wrestler testified, "Kiyomiya-kun glared at me when we first met. He was polite, but he kept looking me in the eyes the whole time, and never took them off of me. I was scared". 

Until now, there have been some matches that didn't engage due to differences in fighting style, and there have been times when he got ahead of himself. In the G1 he plans to pay back the debt he has accumulated up to that point, with interest.
