We would like to inform you that Keiji Mutoh, who retired from wrestling last February, and is currently active as an ABEMA Pro Wrestling Ambassador, will be appointed as a scouting advisor for Pro Wrestling Noah.
Keiji Mutoh's comment from the press conference
"My name is Mutoh. It has been a year and three months since I returned, and I am very happy to be involved in professional wrestling again after one year and three months since my retirement. Scouting advisor. Nowadays, each company is looking for talented people, and each company is raising their starting salaries. I don't think the professional wrestling world can go against this trend. Actually, I haven't had any concrete discussions with President Okamoto yet, but I would like him to come up with a budget that looks ahead three to five years from now. Pro Wrestling is a world of dreams, with Kazuchika Okada, although he's not a CyberFight wrestler, reportedly earning 2 billion in three years. If there are any young people listening to this, please come and knock on Noah's door".
(PKDX elaborated on Mutoh's speech;
"In the professional wrestling world, people still have to watch and learn from craftsmen. I feel like such customs are nonsensical now, and I think it might be a good idea to change that system. Also, it's global. I also want to be able to recruit from overseas, not just Japanese people."
