Kobashi is recovering well ahead of his inaugural bout

Kobashi said that this was his first time in the ring since All Japan's 9th June event at the Budokan. After running around the ring for a while, he began doing ropework slowly.

Kobashi checked each technique against Kenta Kobayashi*

Horizontal chop followed by a brainbuster. Nothing feels out of place.

Kobashi checks the feeling in his knee and says, "It feels a lot better than before".

Kobashi was smiling at the end of practice. He felt good about how the recovery of his knee was progressing ahead of the Noah inaugural match.

As if remembering the sensation of being in the ring, he climbs to the corner to take a fall.

Kobashi lies down and bends his knees

Notes
Kenta Kobayashi: KENTA (who was in his late teens here). Video footage from this shows Kobashi watching KENTA train, and smacking him on the head when he does something wrong. KENTA (true to form) was later seen rubbing his head sarcastically.
