(NOAH) THE GREEN GUIDE TO "DANGEROUS K NOODLE HOUSE"

"Dangerous K Noodle House" (to use a rough translation of the name), is Izakaya (Tavern) owned by former All Japan wrestler, and one of the Four Pillars, Toshiaki Kawada.
Like many Japanese wrestlers, Kawada turned to the food industry when he retired. Taught the ropes of restauranting by "Mr. Danger" Mitsuhiro Matsunaga, Kawada opened the taverna in 2010, and he did everything himself. I mean everything; he did the cooking, the cleaning, the menus, the decorating, the accouts, the hiring staff, the money management, everything. He lost 15kg in weight as he didn't have time to eat.

I am afraid that I haven't seen a menu (and I don't think that the restaurant has an official website), but the taverna serves meat ramen dishes, and therefore is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
