In second place in the Global Tag League championship finals, Takashi Sugiura (48) and KAZMA SAKAMOTO (36) beat the first place GHC tag champions "AXIZ" Go Shiozaki (37) and Katsuhiko Nakajima (31).

Sugiura struggled with Shiozaki's chops and Nakajima's kicks, but finally he grabbed the foot of Nakajima as he went to kick him, and put him in the ankle hold and grabbed the win via a submission.

To the champions, Sugiura said "lets do it again, this time with the belt", and requested a title match.
In addition, he provoked the GHC Heavyweight champion, Kaito Kiyomiya with, "I lost to you last time at Korakuen. You understand, don't you?" He expressed a double championship challenge saying, "I will go for two".

In the semi match before, Kenoh, a dissident to the company (along with Kotoge and others), formed a new unit "Kongoh".
He stated that he would not be a "company dog". The declaration of this led Sugiura to declare that, "I am a company dog" after the match. "Do you know why? Without Noah, I cannot do my ideal wrestling. Without Noah, no one would be here like this. So, for Noah, I will be a dog or whatever".

The intense words of Sugiura, who has been on Noah's mat since the company's founding in 2000, caused an uproar at the packed Korakuen Hall.
