(NOAH) Following DDT, Noah joins CyberAgent! Great influence on balance of power in industry!

On Tuesday it was discovered that Pro Wrestling Noah had joined CyberAgent Inc (President Susumu Fujita), and therefore come under their umbrella. Noah's management have transferred 100% shares of Noah Global Entertainment Co. Ltd, making it become a wholly owned subsidiary.
Noah, which was founded in August 2000, was transferred to IT development company Estbee in November 2016. In February of last year, the company changed its owner to LIDET Entertainment Inc, which operates advertising and entertainment businesses, and subsequently this time it will be a change of the owner.
Negotiations between Noah Global Entertainment's President Arihiro Takeda, and CyberAgent, began in late November 2019. Negotiations only took one and a half months to complete.
In September 2017, DDT announced that it had transferred 100% of its shares to CyberAgent, and became a member of the group. By Noah following DDT into CyberAgent's umbrella, it will significantly have an impact on the balance of power in the industry.
While Bushiroad Inc., the parent company of New Japan and kickboxing event "KNOCK @ OUT", acquired women's professional wrestling promotion "Stardom" in October last year, attention is drawn to whether the two promotions receiving backup from CyberAgent will be the opposition.
CyberAgent and Noah are expected to make a formal announcement shortly.
