(EVENT RECAP) Akitoshi Saito, one day manager of Yoneya

Each month Mohammed Yone's restaurant, Yoneya, has a wrestler come in to be a manager for a night. The event is advertised, fans book places, and the restaurant shuts for the evening to accommodate it. The Noah wrestler will serve drinks, ice cream, and food and usually there is a goods lottery done, autographs and pictures.

Akitoshi Saito put on his own spin on being the one day manager of "Yoneya" this month by spending time beforehand choosing whisky and vodka for the customers (he even liaised with the resident bar staff as to what he and they wanted and had to use).

On the day, Saito did more than serve drinks and food, he made his own cocktails (vodka, grapefruit juice was one) which he also colored and made a green version along with blue and creamy brown, shaving ice (which he moulded around the glass into coral shavings), making highballs, and serving Submarine beer (where the vodka sinks to the bottom of the beer). As well as drinks, Saito also added his touch to the ochazuke (steamed rice with a green tea broth and usually either fish or vegetables), by picking the plum, and brewing the tea broth at home a few days beforehand.
