(NOAH) CARD ~ PRO WRESTLING NOAH 20th ANNIVERSARY NOAH the CHRONICLE vol.2 (29th March 2020, Korakuen Hall)

Due to the coronavirus the governor of Tokyo has declared a lockdown, and so rather than cancel the event, for the first time ever Noah will hold an empty arena show. The card will go ahead as planned, just four title matches; GHC Heavyweight, GHC Junior Heavyweight and Junior Tag, and the GHC National. Despite the fact that these are title matches, every champion and challenger is united in the belief that their match is the most important.
The GHC Heavyweight tag will be decided on April 8th in DragonGate.

While the card may be of just four matches with only ten people, I would imagine that we will still see some title challenges afterwards by other members of the roster coming out. Sadly, given the current situation in Japan, when we might see them happen is the question here.

Event starts at 11.30 JST; Samurai TV will start their live coverage then, with DDT Universe starting theirs half an hour earlier.

MATCH ONE
GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Championship
STINGER (Kotaro Suzuki & Atsushi Kotoge) vs RATELS (HAYATA & YO-HEY)

HAYATA & YO-HEY, who have been busy trying to take back the belts, finally get to challenge twenty days after the announcement and at last are getting a title shot. If successful, they will be crowned champions for the first time in about two and a half years. For STINGER, the championship team, they don't want to lose their belts to RATELS, in order to continue to prove their strength.

MATCH TWO
GHC Junior Heavyweight
Yoshinari Ogawa vs Daisuke Harada

Ogawa has called Harada "Chicken" after he withdrew the IPW Junior Heavyweight from belt vs belt. For Harada in order to embody his "Best Noah Juniors in the world", taking the belt from Yoshinari Ogawa is essential.

Also, Ogawa has said that "RATELS and STINGER may be destroyed". Kotaro Suzuki said that it may just be Ogawa playing mind games, and he would have to see what the expression on his face was when he said it. Daisuke Harada said that he doesn't care what happens to STINGER, but Ogawa can try it with RATELS and will get nowhere.
We shall see what happens, if anything, on the day.

MATCH THREE
GHC National Championship
Takashi Sugiura vs Minoru Tanaka

Showing twenty years of "weight", the champion Sugiura has successfully defended three times. After the third defence he immediately agreed to Minoru Tanaka's challenge saying, "I want to show a different form of the GHC National".
Heavyweight vs junior, a unique openweight title belt, who will control the new form?

MATCH FOUR
GHC Heavyweight
Go Shiozaki vs Kazuyuki Fujita

Go Shiozaki will confront the strongest enemy, Kazuyuki Fujita, and has awakened the aggression. Both will prove with the "arm" who is the true man worth the value of the GHC.
