(NOAH) POST MATCH INTERVIEWS: N-1 VICTORY 2020 - SEMI FINALS NIGHT (Korakuen Hall, Tokyo - 4th October 2020)

SHUHEI TANIGUCHI

Q: The league has ended with 2 wins and 3 losses?
TANIGUCHI: If you look only at the results...I feel like the engine started too late, as of I suddenly choked at the start.
Q: What about Inamura?
TANIGUCHI: He has momentum, and after having several matches, I think I know how great that momentum is. I can't lose to that. Well, from now on, hereafter it may not be connected, but I want to feel "something".
Q: Do you have more to think about?
TANIGUCHI: Yes, that's right.

SEIYA MOROHASHI

(Resting his hands on his knees)
"Hmmm...I couldn't leave a result in this N-1, but today's win was a surprise....that victory was a pretty big boost! With the win I took from the current GHC Tag Team Champion, Kazushi Sakuraba, I think I am eligible for the tag challenge. I'm not taking no for an answer! Let me please challenge for the tag belt! But, there is still a long way to go."

MASA KITAMIYA

"It's good to win! I don't really have the words, but of course the chance to win is normal. Even if the result is not good, I won't look down, I will just look at the next."

TAKASHI SUGIURA

Q: Looking back on the fight with Kenoh?
SUGIURA: No, it was just barely...I had to push myself.
Q: Did you repay the debt of last years championship match?
SUGIURA: Well, it's just one win. There is no point in the match unless I win the league, because today is just one win.
Q: But it connects to your prospects?
SUGIURA: What, waiting for the next result? To go to the finals I have to wait for the playoffs.

MOMO NO SEISHUN (Daisuke Harada & Atsushi Kotoge)

Q:  You won the rumble battle, where every direction was visible?
KOTOGE: We are the ones who will create the next Noah junior, because we have achieved the results perfectly together. We will end the strong era of STINGER in Osaka, because we, the Peaches of Youth, will take the belts without fail.
Q: Your partner won, did that give you momentum?
HARADA: Yeah! Well, I wanted to win! I really wanted to win today, it is regretful that it was taken. But more than that, Yoshinari Ogawa, what's wrong with that guy? Leaving halfway through like that. I don't know what your motivation is, but I won't forgive it. Yoshinari Ogawa, I will take the three from you in Osaka!

YOSHINARI OGAWA

Q: Why did you abandon the match?
OGAWA: What Harada said was, "Come on and do this together", so I had to take part. He, the challenger told me "Let's do a battle", so why should I have to say "Yeah, okay". I don't have to do it."

KATSUHIKO NAKAJIMA

Q: You won and have advanced to the championship finals, but how are you feeling?
NAKAJIMA: "Feeling?" How about, "Congratulations", before that right? Before you hear anything from me, praise me first.
Q: Congrations, it was an intense match.
NAKAJIMA: Is that so?
Q: Looking back on the match against Marufuji?
NAKAJIMA: You saw it. You can see it when you watch the match, all the passionate feelings for Noah that he has carried. If you watch the match, will you see it? Can you tell? I don't think I am the only one. But...I don't care about that! N-1, Noah's league to choose the strongest guy in Noah, B Block the mens hot league fight...why don't you try opening the lid? Isn't it on the verge like my complete victory? One more time...you guys look forward to it.

KAITO KIYOMIYA

KIYOMIYA: I was able to break through A block and defeat Go Shiozaki, but from my point of view its still one to one. This is the first singles match with Go Shiozaki since I lost to him at the beginning of the year, and it's still one to one. Then Nakajima came in, since entering Kongoh has he done anything that can be said just by doing it, probably not? (rough). I want to win, and show the spectacular view of Pro Wrestling Noah beyond that.
Q: It was a tough fight, but what was your motive for winning?
KIYOMIYA: This isn't just about my feelings for just one person, the wrestlers who I have been fighting up until now...I think the fight with Mutoh, Sakuraba, and all the wrestlers who I fought in the league have led to this.
Q: You were quite angry at the words "going back and forth", but do you have a strong respect for Shiozaki?
KITOMIYA: I have respect for Shiozaki. I think everyone's thoughts turn to Noah, and so I hated that phrase.
Q: However, Nakajima will be a pretty strong enemy, but how are you preparing for the league championship match?
KIYOMIYA: I am a wrestler whose style is different than before. Apart from his personality, I think he is a very difficult wrestler to have a singles with. But, when it comes down to it, such a sneaky technique won't work on me. I will win.
