(NOAH) A ten year grudge from the Kensuke Office explodes. What is the truth about Noah's tag team split?

A terrible situation is taking place over Noah's GHC Tag Team Championship. Katsuhiko Nakajima and Masa Kitamiya are partners who hold the belts, but their friendship is broken. Although they grew up together in Kensuke Office, Kitamiya screams "I have hated you since the day I started training", revealing unusual disgust for his senior, Nakajima. Kitamiya rebelled violently from being struck by accident in the first title defense match (May 31st Korakuen Hall), and launched a surprise attack on Nakajima after the defense. "Since I entered Kensuke Office ten years ago, I have hated and hated you asshole!".
Furthermore, on June 26th at an empty arena match it was an unusual development in which victory or defeat was decided by putting hair on the line in a cage match. Kitamiya won and cut Nakajima's hair. I thought this would be the end of it, but Kitamiya's anger did not subside.
Nakajima will team up with Manabu Soya and Kitamiya will team up with Kaito Kiyomiya to compete in a championship match at Korakuen Hall on the 22nd July. The parting of the team who holds the belts happens occasionally, but it is rare so far that it overlaps with hatred. What happened between Nakajima and Kitamiya?

Age does not mean much in the pro wrestling world were it is a trait that in an athletic society, the relationship at the time of induction lasts for a lifetime. For Nakajima it may have been tough love, but for Kitamiya it may have been too strict guidance. "Angry" and "scolding" are different. I have heard from school teachers that to "get angry" is to lash out, but to "scold" is to carefully instruct the other person. It is not an exaggeration to say that there should be a pause, and of course you may not be able to afford to indulge in gentle words and guidance during practice that will not be forgotten....
It is also important to leave a refuge, and if you do not think for yourself and give a chance to be noticed, then you will create resentment. Even if you think it is good, it is not always transmitted to the other party. It is difficult, humans are emotional creatures.
