VS Masato Tanaka
Title match: "Great Voyage in Fukuoka 2022", Fukuoka International Centre, March 21st

Title challenge made - "Gain Control 2022 in Nagoya"
Masato Tanaka, who had fought Fujita to a draw, came out and made his challenge by pouring beer on Fujita's head and saying

"Next is me, let's continue from our draw last year"

Great Voyage 2022 in Yokohama (Yokohama Budokan, Sunday March 13th)
The one and only pre-match

Kazuyuki Fujita made a dignified entry as befitting a GHC Heavyweight Champion, and wearing green, while Kendo Kashin made his entry by getting into a scuffle with King Tany, who he had dragged away either from commentary or out from backstage. Furthermore, he also had a picture of Tany on his chest.

The match was part comedy and part serious. Kazushi Sakuraba was celebrating a little too soon after knocking Masa Kitamiya down, with Yoshiki Inamura not appreciating Kashin's slow chop attempts.
Even Fujita was later seen to be telling Inamura, who was on the opposite team, to sort Kashin out. Inamura did just that, and Kashin managed to escape and tagged in Sakuraba by hitting his legs. Sakuraba got out of the rest of strength with Inamura, only to lure him into another one and then take his arms down via submission. He was then thrown halfway across the ring and rolled out, complaining to the camera men, Kashin ended up the same way and as Sakuraba was thrown back in by Kashin, the crowd clapped for Fujita. Fujita's target was Tanaka however, they had had their first lock up and a vicious interaction, of huge elbows, slams etc. Tanaka has the taste of the belt in his mouth, and he's not going to let go. Fujita could throw at him what he wanted. He would take it, and he managed to make Fujita bleed from the mouth.

WINNER: Kazuyuki Fujita with the Face Kick to Yoshiki Inamura (17 minutes, 3 seconds)

Masato Tanaka got on the apron after the match was finished, not too pleased that the one and only pre match had ended without his defeating Fujita. Fujita bowed to all four corners of the ring, ignoring Tanaka. When Tanaka forcibly got his attention, all he got was a bow and sight of Fujita's back as he was leaving.

Post match interviews

KAZUYUKI FUJITA
*Fujita appears alone in the interview booth with the belt on his shoulder*

FUJITA: Thank you everyone for today. Do you have any questions?
Q: How was your first match?
FUJITA: I have done my best. I am Kazuyuki Fujita from Pro Wrestling Noah.

*Kashin walks in clapping, and holding a beer*

KASHIN: Congratulations. Cheers! A toast!
FUJITA: Yes? I'm sorry. I can't do that anymore, so please drink alone if you want. I'm sorry. Thank you very much for today. Excuse me. Thank you again.

*When Fujita leaves, Kashin all alone says to his beer*: Oh, he's influenced by Noah...

MASATO TANAKA
"What's with that attitude? I'm Masato Tanaka, yeah? What is that attitude? If this career is to be ridiculed, I will remind you of something. Will you break, or will you be destroyed? Bring it on, asshole!"

GREAT VOYAGE 2022 in FUKUOKA (Monday March 21st, Fukuoka International Center, Fukuoka)

Frightening match which started with a stare off, fortunately it did not last for more than a few seconds as Masato Tanaka was not going to be drawn into this again. This was a heavyweight wear down match, very much on the mat to begin with, Fujita bigger and heavier and using this to his advantage, Tanaka had such an opponent a long time ago. Throughout the match, Fujita's demonic expression rarely left.

Tanaka's attack was sustained in that he went for Fujita's knees with kicks, submission moves and even wrapping his knee around the steel barrier outside. Fujita even lost one of his kneepads. The match continued very much in this slow and steady pace of each wearing the other down, until Tanaka exploded into a flurry of slams and Sliding D elbows for the win. This had been what Fujita had been waiting for as he let loose with his own. To Tanaka's credit, he was going to try anything he could, even vicious shoulder slams on Fujita's head, but it wasn't enough. Nothing was enough and The Beast ultimately dodged The Bullet.

Winner: Kazuyuki Fujita with the Mochitsuki Type Powerbomb (31 minutes, 28 seconds)

On duty and in the ring, Fujita embodies the soul of a Noah champion as Mitsuharu Misawa had stated a long time ago, honorable in battle and honorable in victory, who should carry oneself with dignity as a champion. Backstage, Fujita declined a drink with The Sugiura Army when they turned up to celebrate with beer, and so they all had a toast on his behalf between them. Away from the ring after the event, Fujita went out to celebrate with Hideki Suzuki and Kazushi Sakuraba. No doubt Kenoh was heard somewhere to be growling about old men enjoying themselves in Izakaya.

VS Go Shiozaki
Title match: "MAJESTIC 2022", 30th April, Sumo Hall

Title challenge
JUST FINE! 2022 (Wednesday 23rd March, Korakuen Hall, Tokyo)

After defeating Katsuhiko Nakajima and saying for the first time in a long time, "I am NOAH1", Go Shiozaki called Kazuyuki Fujita to the ring.

And just like the first time they had met for the title, they where surrounded by a deafening silence. Only the whirr of cameras breaking the stillness. Shiozaki challenged for the title on the 30th April at Sumo Hall, to which Fujita countered with "I'm Noah!" and then bowing low to Shiozaki, he left the ring. Shiozaki swore he would get the title back

JUST FINE! 2022 (Friday 9th April, Korakuen Hall, Tokyo)

The Sugiura Army (Kazuyuki Fujita & Takashi Sugiura) vs Go Shiozaki & Masato Tanaka

Kendo Kashin was seen at ringside getting canned drinks out of a plastic bag. He has been on a quest recently to turn the human Kazuyuki Fujita into The Beast, and tonight he may have found a way by being at ringside and offering alcohol. Kashin was also dressed like the referees, but he didn't get involved in the match.

Go Shiozaki and Kazuyuki Fujita had their usual stare off, but this time it was only for a few minutes before the two lunged at each other. Fujita broke the rope hold cleanly. Shiozaki nodded, "So, this is how its going to be?" Fujita might have been fighting clean, but Shiozaki wasn't. He wasn't above knocking him off the apron. His chops on Fujita where like chopping a wall, knocked down by a Fujita shoulder tackle, he rolled out of the way of the soccer ball kicks.
The Bullet Yankees love to fight as much as they love to team, their rivalry even includes not losing to each others tans! Masato Tanaka was not focused on Fujita today, only on Takashi Sugiura, who he wrenched away from Shiozaki when he and Fujita where double teaming him.
This was truly a clash of titans.

Then Kashin, who seems to follow trouble (not the other way round), used beer to provoke The Beast. It was as if someone gave Popeye spinach laced with amphetamine, as Fujita gulped it down and then went wild. Fujita power-bombed Shiozaki, broke the pin himself and after punt kicking him in the face, pinned him by kneeling on him.

Winner: Kazuyuki Fujita with the Face Kick on Go Shiozaki (18 minutes, 37 seconds)

"Kamaboko funeral"

Truly once again a raging beast, Fujita was like some God tearing through the heavens, the kind the ancient Greeks would have imprisoned under a volcano. He refused the ref to hold up his hand, and had to be held back by the seconds, all of whom he threw aside and from the ring. Kashin was among them. Only Yoshiki Inamura could probably take him on, but he too was shoved down. Fujita was not finished with Shiozaki and went for one final Power Bomb. Tanaka came to help but was knocked flat on his back, as was Sugiura.

Kashin tried to placate Fujita by offering a second drink, and then his favorite food, Kamaboko. Fujita stuffed them in the mouths of Sugiura and Shiozaki, and poured beer on Shiozaki and spat it out in a cloud on Tanaka. Then he left the ring, carrying not only his belt, but also Sugiura's ZERO-1 championship. This belt is not up for being challenged for, so why Fujita took it is a mystery.

Backstage, his only comment was to scream into the camera, "I am CyberFight" and leave.
Kashin, who had followed on behind. says it's his fault for giving Fujita Highballs by mistake.
