(NOAH) CARD: MIDSUMMER CLASH 2022 (Ishikawa Industrial Exhibition Hall No. 3, Sunday July 31st)

The last event of July and the last event before Noah's 22nd birthday on the 5th August starts at 16:00 JST. Unfortunately it will not be broadcast live, and you will be able to watch this from 18:00 on the 3rd August on WrestleUniverse.

Yoshiki Inamura will be absent from today's show as he has reached the finals of the ZERO-1 Fire Festival 2022, and will be fighting Daisuke Sekimoto.

MATCH ONE
Mohammed Yone & Alexander Otsuka vs Akitoshi Saito & Kinya Okada

Mohammed Yone teams up with old friend Alexander Otsuka (who Kenoh made his debut against) to take on his Funky Express partner, Akitoshi Saito and young nemesis, Kinya Okada. I think this is match is going to be good for Okada with three heavyweights; two to battle and one to learn from.

MATCH TWO
Atsushi Kotoge vs Kai Fujimura

Young Kai Fujimura lands second on the card tonight, and takes on one of his seniors who may well have had a hand in training him since his cross over from W-1.

MATCH THREE
Ninja Mack, Dante Leon & YO-HEY vs Tadasuke, Hajime Ohara & Hi69

The Noah Junior Competition begins again as the fun loving YO-HEY, Dante Leon and Ninja Mack (both who YO-HEY loves teaming with although they themselves are rivals) take on the Spartan Kongoh. I am expecting Tadasuke to join in though when it comes down to a competition of who can outdo who, especially when it comes to strength vs strength with Dante Leon.

MATCH FOUR
Masa Kitamiya & Stallion Rogers vs Daiki Inaba & Anthony Green

N-1 Rivals Anthony Green and Masa Kitamiya face off, while Daiki Inaba fights with the same intensity as one who is in the league

MATCH FIVE
STINGER (HAYATA, Yoshinari Ogawa & Yuya Susumu) vs The Noah Junior Regulars (Daisuke Harada, Seiki Yoshioka & Alejandro)

In yesterday's match Seiki Yoshioka took abuse from STINGER who attacked his knees, and no doubt will do the same tonight, but there is more to the story as he managed to defeat them in his first match against them since changing units which was humiliating and that is something Yoshinari Ogawa has had too much of recently. Revenge is a dish best served cold, and in this case, very cold. Yuya Susumu says he is going to pay back Yoshioka double.

MATCH SIX
Go Shiozaki & Shuhei Taniguchi vs The Sugiura Army (Kazuyuki Fujita & Kendo Kashin)

Go Shiozaki reunites with old partner (and fellow Noah Born) Shuhei Taniguchi, but this is no mere tag match. Kazuyuki Fujita, "The Beast", is an opponent and so is Kendo Kashin. Kashin, who no doubt will be up to usual tricks, especially where Taniguchi is involved, is probably best left to winding him up while Shiozaki sends a message to Fujita just before the league opens in August. Probably preceded by a stare...

MATCH SEVEN
Kongoh (Kenoh, Katsuhiko Nakajima & Manabu Soya) vs Kaito Kiyomiya, Satoshi Kojima & Takashi Sugiura

Kaito Kiyomiya, Takashi Sugiura and Satoshi Kojima, the perfect opponents for Kenoh and Katsuhiko Nakajima, all competing in the N-1 and are all enemies in one way or another, especially for Kenoh. Yesterday's match was wild enough, I can imagine that as the time draws nearer and with only DEPARTURE 2022 left, it's going to be a war.
