(NOAH) GHC Junior Match Signing Ceremony: Ninja emphasizes "I'm the favorite", Leon emphasizes "Get the belt of my dreams"

LEON: Noah now is a group of really great wrestlers and powerhouses, which includes junior wrestlers, heavyweight wrestlers and tag teams. After the pandemic ended, many foreign wrestlers came to Japan, and among them I was chosen to come to Noah. After the match on the 30th, I said that I would definitely challenge whoever won from HAYATA and Ninja Mack, and I consider myself lucky that Ninja Mack won and became the champion. I know this champion well, having fought him many times. With this luck, I will win the belt in this match and become the champion. 

NINJA: The fight with Dante Leon first started in Texas, and went to Atlantic City. How many times do you think I won? Who do you think has the best win rate so far? No matter how you look at it, I'm the favorite. And to become the 50th junior champion, it is only me who luck smiles on, and so I will end this match as the 50th champion. Since Ninja Mack, all the trend has been with me. Have you heard the cheers of the customers? Ninja! Ninja! Ninja! As you can hear all those cheers, all the luck is flowing towards me. So you can't beat me with just luck.

Q: Do you have the real feeling of wearing the belt? 

NINJA: Yes, having won this belt, I really feel like I have become champion. Winning the belt and becoming the junior champion was one of my goals. The first step was to go to Noah, and the next step was to become a champion. Therefore, I would like to keep this belt. I think I have accomplished something really amazing myself, and now I have the real feeling of having won such a wonderful and prestigious belt. And regarding this belt, it is the first in my wrestling career, and so I really want to cherish it. 

Q: What is your impression of the belt, and what do you want to accomplish with it? 

LEON: I think the GHC Heavyweight is truly influential. For me the belt is a dream, and so I definitely want to get it. If I win it, I want to go all over Japan, and of course I want to bring it back home to Texas. 

Q: Ninja, what do you think it means to win this belt? And what do you want to achieve in the future? 

NINJA: What it means is everything to me. I was able to fulfil my dream by having this belt. Dante, you keep dreaming. You said you wanted to take the belt back to Texas if you win, but I won't let that happen. I will bring the one to bring the belt back to Texas. I won this belt from an awesome champion, HAYATA, so this belt is really important and I feel like I will continue to defend it for the rest of my life.
