(NOAH) CARD: SUNNY VOYAGE 2023 - OSAKA ATC HALL (ATC MUSEUM) *B2 FLOOR (Sunday 18th June 2023)

Noah bring the fallout show from Nagoya to the city where nothing works as it should, where drivers were issued with guides asking them to pull over and not motor off when policemen pulled them over, the city which produced RATELS, Japan's entertainment capital, and the city of 1,000 tales; Osaka. The card itself seems a little harsh as it is shoving in the face of the challengers who failed in their title challenges, the continued reign of the champion. The 18th is also of course, what would have been Mitsuharu Misawa's sixty-first birthday, so I do hope that Noah have some sort of memorial to him aside from the memorial month.

Doors open at 14:00 JST, with the event starting at 15:00 JST. This show will not be broadcast live, but will be televised at a later date on WrestleUniverse.

MATCH ONE
Mohammed Yone & Super Crazy vs Stallion Rogers & Kai Fujimura

A smaller but similar opener from Nagoya to open the Osaka show in which we kind of see a younger generation take on seniors. Just like the old days.

MATCH TWO
Manabu Soya vs HI69

HI69's single matches against the former members of Kongoh continue, this time against Manabu Soya. With Kenoh kicking him around the ring and Hajime Ohara tying him up in knots, it's now time for him to be thrown around.

MATCH THREE
HAYATA & Eita vs Dante Leon & Alejandro

Dante Leon failed in his GHC Junior Heavyweight Championship match in Nagoya and tonight in Osaka, he gets that fact shoved in his face as no doubt HAYATA will not hesitate to remind him. HAYATA is also now on the prowl for his next challenger, whom he says wants to be "outside of Noah". I wonder if anyone, inside or outside, will make themselves known, or whether he will once again nominate someone?

MATCH FOUR
El Hijo Del Dr Wagner Jnr & STINGER (Yoshinari Ogawa & Chris Ridgeway) vs Sean Legacy, AMAKUSA & Seiki Yoshioka

Kaito Kiyomiya isn't in this match tonight, and although fans did hope he would challenge and El Hijo Del Dr Wagner Jnr did play it that he hoped he would, he didn't, so no challenger has come forward. To my mind the most likely challenger would probably be Sean Legacy.

MATCH FIVE
REAL (Saxon Huxley, Timothy Thatcher, Hideki Suzuki & Shuhei Taniguchi) vs Kaito Kiyomiya, THE TOUGH (Masa Kitamiya & Yoshiki Inamura) & Daiki Inaba

THE TOUGH were left at a turning point last night as their heartbreaking loss illuminated all too vividly that their situations have been reversed, it was the junior Yoshiki Inamura who made the challenge after pinning the champion, and his senior Masa Kitamiya who cost them the titles by being pinned. Will we see a repercussion? Will we see another challenge by Inamura, either with Kitamiya or with another partner, after all, Kaito Kiyomiya is in this match and the N-1 VICTORY is coming up, a time when with Kiyomiya absent in the G1, a title challenge for any heavyweight would naturally be on hold? It would also mean that Kiyomiya and Inamura would go into the G1 and the N-1 champions? The challenge could even come from within REAL'S own team, as Shuhei Taniguchi sets out to prove what he can do. Lets see what occurs.

MATCH SIX
AXIZ (Go Shiozaki & Katsuhiko Nakajima) vs Kongoh (Kenoh & Hajime Ohara)

Kenoh's focus remains on Go Shiozaki, with whom he has a singles match on the 22nd. Kenoh remarked that Shiozaki body is "already broken", so no doubt he's going to break it even more tonight.

MATCH SEVEN
YO-HEY vs Daga

The pre match in Nagoya yesterday was brutal with STINGER both torturing and beating up on GLG. Sean Legacy is not in the match tonight with either of them, so he can't be blamed for any loss, but then again neither are Chris Ridgeway or Tadasuke to provide some relief. This is going to be a brutal one on one, especially as Daga is humiliated from the loss yesterday and no doubt their two partners will be at ringside to make the match even more wild.

MATCH EIGHT
Good Looking Guys (Jake Lee, Jack Morris & Tadasuke) vs Takashi Sugiura, Naomichi Marufuji & Atsushi Kotoge

Takashi Sugiura failed in his title challenge, but at least gets to get some closure out of one final match with the champion, where he is not the challenger and therefore does not have that pressure now. I don't think anyone that Jake is facing will challenge him tonight, considering that Sugiura lost yesterday and Naomichi Marufuji has been a past challenger. If Jake is going to get a challenger, it's going to be possibly someone not in this match, or possibly not even in Noah.
