PSYCHO CLOWN: I'm from Mexico, the country of Lucha Libre, but I am currently living in Japan, a wonderful and beautiful country for a long time. The reason I came to Japan in the first place was to win this belt, but seven years ago, I removed the mask of the father of the person next to me in Mexico City, and now here in Japan, I want to get that belt. My family is watching me in Mexico as well. I am thinking of winning this belt here, and staying at Noah for a long time.
WAGNER JNR: First of all, I want to express my gratitude to everyone who watches Noah, and I would like to say something to you. Regarding the situation in yesterday's match, I feel that I've really turned into someone I hate because of what happened, but it's because I am currently facing the challenge of a wrestler named Psycho Clown, who is challenging me for this belt. So, right now, I am in a situation where I can't control myself. This match will be the most important of my career, and right now I feel like I am not being my usual self, and my bad side is coming out, but I am going to protect this belt at all costs. I would like to explain to everyone right now, that it is because of that.
Q: What did you think about having your mask ripped off at Korakuen Hall?
PSYCHO CLOWN: The truly worst thing to happen. This mask is my life, it's my skin. No one has ever taken this mask off before, but yesterday, you ripped it off. I don't believe that is acceptable.
Q: You will be both defending and avenging your father at the same time, but which one are you more aware of?
WAGNER JNR: The way we think about masks may be a little different in Mexico and Japan, but for us Mexicans and those of us who wear masks, this is really important. However, considering that this match is being held in Japan, I think the first step is for me to defend this belt, and as the next step would be a challenge for the mask.
Q: You talked about your feelings towards the Brazo family in the trailer, but what do you think about the battle between the Brazo family and the Wagner family?
PSYCHO CLOWN: The Brazo family is a large family with a lot of professional wrestlers. We have 20 in the family, and so in that sense, the Brazo family can be called the larger one. My father, Brazo de Plata* has come to Japan many times and fought here, and been cheered by many fans. I have those fans in Japan, and I think they give me strength. I already have one of the Wagner Jnr family masks, and I definitely want to get another. When that happens, I think we will be able to prove that the Brazos family is truly superior.
Q: Wagner Jnr, what do you think about your family?
WAGNER JNR: The Wagner Jnr family have had their masks removed quite often in the past; my grandfather, my father, my uncle, all of them have had their masks removed. In that sense, I don't think that the situation in the Wagner family is very good, but I want to change that in my generation. I believe that I will have to first defend this belt, and then fight to wear this mask.
Q: You've had two matches in Noah in a welcoming mood, but what are your impressions of Noah?
PSYCHO CLOWN: When I first entered the world of professional wrestling, Japan was a country I was interested in ever since I started, and I have always wanted to have a match in Japan somedau. During my career, I've had many matches in Mexico, there are many great places and I've wrestled in so many different ones, but I have always wanted to go to Japan someday, and I have been watching Noah, which I always wanted to go to. I am very happy that I was able to come to Noah now, and that everyone welcomed me. People all over Mexico know that I am going to Japan, and that I am going to Noah, and everyone is happy for me. I love this great sport called professional wrestling. The next match is the championship, so I'll focus on that first, and then I'll keep thinking about what's to come over and over again. I want to continue coming here to Japan for many years, and create a new history here. My family joined me on this trip, and I was able to spend time with them here in this wonderful country called Japan, and they really enjoyed it. I am very happy. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to come to Japan and to the people who made it possible, but, what I am thinking now is to win and write a new history.
